Hello all! I hope everyone has been doing well. : )

Okay, I've gotta go back in time a little if I want to cover everything.

First, I turned eighteen! I'm still having trouble comprehending it.

Yes, and then there was the holiday of carved vegetables and masquerades.

Hmmm, then came Thanksgiving. Quite delightful.
Here is one half of the cousins that I saw.

We had many jam sessions. Here, Susie is learning the banjo.

This is kind of a faux update. I’m not going to go into any amusing anecdotes this time or dwell upon the foibles of society.
But! I did have this idea for a round table kind of poem. I’ll post the first few verses, and any one who wants to can continue the story by adding on some more rhyming lines. M’kay?

Here it is:

Rapidly strolling along a beach,
Was seen the form of Emma McLeech.

Some tried to stop her along her way;
She waved them away and refused to stay.

“Tarry me not!” she cried aloud
Then, onward, through the crowd she ploughed.

“I must keep this appointment, yes!”
She muttered with evident distress.
What this could be was anyone’s guess.

Hey everyone!

So, things have kind of been crazy since school started. Life, for me, has been full of trigonometry, The Scarlet Letter, Shay’s Rebellion, and trombones.
Lots of trombones.

Thanks to everyone who wished me a happy birthday! I am now seventeen.
Thank you for the cupcake, Sarah, it was delicious. : D

I got my license, which is pretty cool. It enables me to go to Wal-Mart and buy brownie mix.

Eew, and I saw the most horrifically disgusting water bug the other day. It was the kind that makes you fear for your life.

Okay, on a side note, what images come to mind to you personally when someone says the word “sadistical?”

Oh, also, Happy Halloween to everyone who celebrates it, and, for anyone who doesn't, I hope you had a good day anyways!

Okay, I've forgtten how to put pictures on here, so this entry may come out kind of strange.
Since I was last on Pleo, my dear sister Susie came home and brought about 5 tons of candy with her.

Aaaaand, school let out.


Eew, okay, the most embarrassing and funny thing happened to me the other day. I’m having a driving lesson with my dad, and he’s in the middle of telling me to turn left onto this street. I’m going super slow, trying to find where he’s talking about cause I can‘t really see it, and, thus, I hold up this one lady from driving. She gets really mad and honks her horn. I was trying to take this in stride until my father leans out the open window and yells, “Hey! What do you think you’re doing?!? This is a STUDENT DRIVER.”

One last thing: My friends are all really cool and happy recently, even if they’re stupid and won’t tell anyone why.

So, I've been tagged by Emilee and Sarah.

Does that mean I have to say 12 weird things about me instead of six? I'll try...

1. Every time I read anything, I have to have something I can play with, like a piece of string or button or necklace. Otherwise, I fall asleep.

2. I carry chopsticks around in my purse.

3. I have never wanted to own a pony, not even when I was very little.

4. I crashed a golf cart into a fence while going down a hill.

5. Instead of having an imaginary friend, I had 4. And, they all had their own pets.

6. I hate touching other people�s pillows.

7. I do not drink a Dr. Pepper daily.

8. I used to have a snake in my bedroom.

9. One year, after singing the Christmas carol, I tried to make figgy pudding.

10. I played a trombone in the produce section of Wal-Mart.

11. I published a book at age 6 (3 copies, no profit)

12. I once tried to run away from home but had to stop at the end of the block because I wasn�t allowed to cross the street.

So, part of this whole tagging business is that I�m supposed to make 6 other people do what I just did. But, I�m pretty sure almost all of Pleonast has been tagged with this by now, so I�m going to change what you have to write about:

edit: I think I've created a monster. I tried tagging some people, but then I realized that that would lead to an endless chain of tagging that would never end. So, no one feel obligated to do the tasks that I assigned them. I won't hate you forever. : )
