Little by little my house is coming together. I'm very thankful for the help I've received so far from my family and friends. This Saturday I am joining efforts with Melissa Linn and having a big move party. Her move starts at 11am then after their move we will start on mine. Anybody that can help out and has a truck will be greatly appreciated. I plan on ordering dinner at my place for everyone who helped. In case it gets a bit late, anybody can stay at my place and join us at Alief for services that morning. If you can help out, contact me or Melissa as soon as possible.====================In Other News====================- My first home gift list -I heard this is the latest thing to do.
Deal with it....

you know what I'm talking about. Stop the complaining and let's make these next 4 years count by staying focused on the race and on our mission at hand. Use this as an opportunity rather than just soaking in disappointment. I can only speak for myself but I dislike all this talk about how doomed we're going to be and how the next 4 years are going to be the worst ever. First of all you don't know that and don't we all make choices? Your future is determined by you and your choices. So start now and pray that every choice you and I make will make a difference in the people around us. Pray that all that you and I do is pleasing to God. Let God take care of the rest. =====================In Other News=====================- Mark Ellis -Congrats to Mark Ellis for being re-elected!- V -Remember remember the fifth of November!- House Stuph -I love my new house but there's not much in it right now.
I have BIG news!!I am now a proud home owner!!!2719 Wallingford PinesHouston, TX 77042(It may take a bit for the address to show up on the maps)View Larger MapI couldn't have done this without God and my family. This has to have been one of the most stressful and overwhelming things I've ever done and if It wasn't for God's great guidance and love and my families support, I don't think I couldn't of done it.Oh yes, and thank you all who prayed on my behalf. Every one of those prayers were heard and helped.More photos to come!

There's so much I can say about Adam and Ashley but I'm going to narrow it down to three words, I love them! All three of us have a very special bond and I consider them to be best friends. It was a true pleasure to be their photographer this past weekend in the great city of Austin, Texas. Adam, Ashley, I pray for many blessings your way during y'alls new journey together. I'm also introducing my new watermark/logo. I've been working hard trying to come up with a cool logo I can use for my photos and I think I came up with a good one. Here's your sneak peek from our session...enjoy!Location Credit: - Photo 1: Cory Pate's Apt. - Thank you my friend!- Photos 2,3,4,5 and 6: Cathedral of Junk, Austin, Texas - Thank you Vincent!Official website: photography|Alexander Garza===================MUSIC===================I love Fiona Apple and at least to me she has the best cover of the song "Across The Universe".
The fall season is here and I love it! Despite the fact I've been sneezing like crazy for the last week. Thanks to God that life is good.===================News===================- Fun Experiment -If you're reading this and you see Alex Day today or this weekend, go up to him and tell him Alex Garza says hello; I wonder how many hello's he's going to get. :)- Campaign 2008 - I already know who I'm going to be voting for but I will tell you that I'm not impressed with either choice. I don't know how many people saw the show "Last Comic Standing" this season but there was a comedy act called "God's Pottery". Act or no act, they had the best attitude I've ever seen in a realty show series. For example, one of challenges they had was to get in a boxing ring with a another comedian and do those "Yo mama.." type jokes. Instead of going in there and ripping them apart with negative type cut downs, they just used positive cut ups? Like, "Yo ma...
