I can't believe that I'm 28 and I'm getting my tonsils out. I went to the doctor today because I've had a sore throat for a few weeks now and I've had stones in my tonsils (I know, it's disgusting). I'm not getting them out right away because I can't really miss that much school, so I'll wait until right after Christmas. The doctor said that after the surgery my throat will feel like I have to worst sore throat I've ever had. Can't wait. I'm just happy that I will not be getting any more tonsil stones. They're nasty. I woke up around 10, got up, let the dogs out and cut up some chicken that I had had in the crock pot over night. Then, I went back and layed in bed. I fell asleep for two and a half hours!! Not only that, but when I woke up I felt like I could not get out of bed because I was still so tired. So, I finally got up, ate, did some studying and went to school to take some make-up tests. Then I had to stop at someone's house to pick something up. When I got home I checked out some stuff on the computer and then I went back to bed and took another two hour nap. I'm still tired and I feel like I could go to bed right now. I don't know what's wrong with me. Yesterday I went to my mom's house to make cookies in the shape of dog bones to hand out at the end of my presentation. Speaking of dogs, we had to take Max to the vet today. He has the weird rash all over his body and some of it is scabbing over. I feel so bad for him because the rash itches him so bad and he's constantly trying to scratch it. It was so awsome! I've never been into politics much, but this year I've paid a lot more attention to what's going on. We went to see them at a Town Hall meeting, so people from the audience were allowed to ask questions, it was very interesting. On another note, I was driving down the highway today and I was by a dump truck whose bed was filled with little stones and nothing covering the load, and of course one of the stones flew off and chipped my windshield. Ugh! I called the dump truck company and left a message. The guy called me back a few minutes ago and informed me that there is no way that the wind could have picked up a stone from the top of the dump truck and fling it hard enough to make a chip in my windshield. He also said that it must've come from the tire and there's no way that they can prevent that. Wow. I'm mad. Yes, it did come off of the top of the load of stones, I saw it.
