If you haven't tried Ziploc's new microwave "steam bags" you have to! They are incredible. You can put tons of things in there - like I like to cut up potatoes, a little olive oil and rosemary / garlic seasoning..zip up the bag, cook in microwave for 7 minutes and delicious meal done!
