Today I was running some errands getting some things done. It was a yucky windy rainy awful day to be outside. I was pulling into a parking spot and this lady was standing there. I about hit this poor lady. She didn't bother me after I got out of the car, it wasn't until a different store in the same shopping center that I saw her again. She was talking to some other person, then came up and asked me for money for a place to stay. I said that I don't carry around cash, but would be more then happy to buy her some food. She didn't want anything from Sams b/c it was alot to carry but would like something hott from Wendy's (which was only across the road). I left her there and went and got Wendy's. Can you believe that they don't have gift cards? When I got back the rain had gotten WAY worse so I let her sit in my car while she ate. I had never seen anything like it, she ate everything in like a minute.. no lie. She asked me a few questions about myself and told me that I was lucky to hav...

Currently in bible study we have been studying the divided kingdom and we getting the point in the old testament where Israel has done so many bad things and they are being taken away. While studying this I can't help but see alot of similarities in our country to that of Israel and Judah. I have done alot of praying for our country and have looked at how far we come from doing exactly the opposite of what God wants us to be doing. Is God going to punish our country? I dont know?... Just some of my thoughts..I am so excited tomorrow is Friday. Going home to NC on sat for the weekend :) I finished the whole twilight series. Fantastic! have a great weekend

I am so excited that another month has past. YAY. This one should go pretty fast too. My grandma comes in the 13th and my brother Jesse and his wife are coming for thanksgiving, I haven't seen him in a few years!!I am wishing that the frost in the morning on the windows would wait another month, but I guess it has to get colder sometime. This is the fastest week to pass since Chris left, how exciting!!! I hope I have more weeks like this one. I think it has to do with my non-stop reading. I just got the 3rd twilight book last night and I finished it today. HAHAHA.. I'm hooked :)Went to see the movie fireproof tonight. I thought it was amazing! ANd not just for married peeps either! :)Happy November! :)

a girl at work that sits in the cubicle behind me was talking to some of the other girls. She was complaining about her husband, she said that she wished her husband was in the military so that he would leave every once in awhile and then they would be happy to see each other. I was in shock, my eyes started tearing up... not just for me, but for her. How sad. Why would you ever want that? It is the hardest thing on a marriage.... I was now sitting there crying, missing my hubby. I am looking forward to:- a gospel meeting this weekend- going to NC next weekend to see a wonderful family- Having a "shopping" day in November with a sweet girl here- Thanksgiving and family coming- Hopefully going to college station soon. :)
