All Four Indiana Jones Movies In The Theater!!

(insert theme from Indiana Jones here...dun da dun duuuun...dun da duuuun...come on, you know the tune!)Yep, it's official. I've seen all four Indiana Jones movies in the theater. I remember each one too. Part one: The Only thing I remember from this one, is how scared I was at the melting faces at the end. And I remember that Bellock (sp?) guy eating the fly once they got to the island to open the arc.Part two: I remember seeing it with my dad & brother. The movie starts with a dance scene and we all thought we were in the wrong movie.Part three: I think I saw this with my mom & I remember being disappointed with the movie.Part four: I saw it alone because everybody I knew was either busy, or had seen it already. But don't worry, I'll probably end up going to see it a couple more times if you want to go see it with me.I wrote a nice long entry in the LOST forum. You can read it here

Fightin' An Uphill Battle

Well, as I've mentioned before, I love pizza. I worship the ground it walks on. But the bad thing about it is, it makes me gain weight so quickly! And to make it worse, I get to eat all I want for free (see previous entry about bartering). So I've been doing crunches & leg lifts like CRAZY for the past few weeks to help fight the chub that keeps forming at my waist line. It's slow progress, but I can see the difference it's making.I went to my parents' house for 2 days (say "hi" to them, they're new to Pleo) and gained 4 pounds! That's about as much as I lost since I started doing my stomach exercises! =(Now I need to start all over again. But at least now I have the Wii Fit to help melt the pounds off me.I still should try to cut back to about 1 slice of pizza a day. I LOVE pizza for breakfast. On the way back from my parents, we stopped at a GREAT pizza place in southern Maryland; I forget the name. The atmosphere was lousy, but the pizza was scrumptious! And the o...

Does your congregation have their own "supplement" hymn book?Well, we just bought a CCLI license so we can make our own. We're SUPER pumped about it!If you have one, please let me know where you get your songs from.We can photocopy songs from hymn books, but I'm looking for a resource online where we can get clear copies of songs. Thanks a bunch!

Bring Back the Barter...By Brian Baird

Last night, I finished working on a website I made for a local Pizza store (Pizza is intentionally capitalized, because it is the most awesome-est food ever invented). The thing that makes this website unique, is that instead of me getting paid for it in money, I'll get paid in........PIZZA!Yep, you read correctly, in exchange for my work on the website, I'll get paid in scrumptious Sicilian or hand tossed Pizza.Click here to check out the site, it's called "Mama Lina's".Since Cindy and I spend about $20 a week in Pizza, I figured I'd build this guy a website, then see if he'd give me FREE PIZZA for my work.So after I got to know the owner a little, I gave him my sales pitch and he liked it!The last two Pizzas I bought are going to be tax deductible, because I used the images on the website, and all the Pizzas that I get from here on out, will be "FREEEEEEEEEEEE!!"Goodbye Pizza bills! (hello fat tummy!) =)This is the second website I've built, where I ge...

This weekend, I'm going camping with a bunch of Christians. We're gonna sing hymns, play hide & seek, sit around the campfire & roast hot dogs & marshmallows & eat smores =)I can't wait!I'll try to take lots of pics & video clips so I can upload them here.Has anyone here ever done anything like that w/ Christians? Did you have a good time?(above is a picture of what I look like before I've had my morning coffee & haven't "put on my face" yet =) LOL
