I think I did a great job on my second interview. It took me 2 hours and I spent over half an hour listening in on my new friend Anna's phone convos so I could get an idea on what I will be doing. It's so super easy. The computer dials the numbers and you just memorize this short thing to say to customers to tell them that they owe books/fees to their library and move on. While there is nothing to do I can surf, chat and do blogs, read books, crossword puzzles, sudoku (I've been doing like ALOT lately), text do things on my ipod touch! I'm so excited!! It's super easy I get paid way over mim wage to do it!
