I am about 5 weeks, so that as of right now, the baby will be due around the first part of July!! I am an ocean lover, especially dolphins....I collect as many as I can. 2. I love candles of all kinds and scents....I can not ever seem to get enough. 3. I like to semi melt a block of cheese and eat the melted parts off the block (weird, I know) 4. If I wake up in the night, I absolutely have to know what time it is....if I don't have a clock in the room, I will get up and find one until I know the correct time. 5. I sleep with one foot out from under the covers....helps keep me cool. 6. I am addicted to sweet tea (Southern thing) 7. Please keep everyone there in your prayers, including my cousins, Lisa and Marshall Reid and their children, who live close to Houston. Mom spoke with Lisa this morning and she stated that they are headed inland away from the coast and path of the storm, but that the storm surge is already 18ft about normal level and there will probably be a large amount of damage. 2008-09-12 http://www.pleonast.com/user/lb1178?l=5&entryID=574178 Where were you?? I remember that I had only been working for State Farm for just a few months when I heard someone in the cubicle next to me say that a plane had just hit the WTC. I thought to myself that it was just a strange accident. Then I heard someone else yell across the office that another plane had hit the other WTC. Many of us ran to the conference room where the TV was on and we began to really see the events that unfolded that day. Many tears were shed. Many lives lost. Let us remember those who suffered and are still suffering to this day. There have been so many things going on lately, I really haven't had the time to list them all. Doesn't it all seem like time is flying by faster and faster every day. It is so hard to believe that my little Gracie is 3 years old....She still amazes me more and more every day....She is just like a sponge and absorbs everything, so you better always watch what you say...LOL. Please pray for me and my family as there are several family members going through trials and difficulties at this time, myself included. There are some stresses of life that are burdening me and my family and I am finding need to keep my faith strong in the Lord. He has blessed us in so many ways and continues to do so every day. However, I do find myself straying from His guidance at times, as we all do, but, must find it within myself to stay strong and trust in Him always in my daily life and in helping others. There have been a lot of things that have happened...final updated on Gracie...we had been working with her and she was finally potty trained before her 3rd b'day in April......she does great now!! We had Gracie a Dora 3rd B'day party, outside in the cold, in April...Go figure that it would be like 40 degrees that day at the park....We froze!! We are in the final stages in the restoration and completion of the house that we purchased from hubby's parents.....Look forward to hopefully moving in within a month, after final inspection and walk thru....I am definitely looking forward to having a house with more space.....maybe then, possibly baby # 2. We also took a quick trip to the beach with John's family....we had a great time other than the fact I had a sinus infection and was not feeling well for part of the trip.....otherwise, we had a great time and Gracie loved the beach!!
