As I was checking out, and the receptionist was making the appointment - I checked the calendar on my cell phone to see if I had any conflicts. No matter the individual, the government is still established by God, and we are still subject to the "principalities and powers." I know there are some who will denigrate, insult, use derogatory nicknames, etc. in referring to President-elect Barack Obama. Before any of that leaves your mouth - think. Is that what Christ would say? If He was standing next to you, would you say what is about to come out of your mouth? If you said it and turned around to find Christ standing behind you - would you be ashamed? I know he may not be the popular choice among Christians, but Barack Obama is still our country's next leader.
