It REALLY irritates me when the "NEW 93Q" goes ON AND ON about how KILT plays WAY (thousands per year) more commercials than they do! It really turns me off when they start all that. I have to wonder if they are comparing oranges to oranges. Do they count the commercials? or do they count the LENGTH of commercials? Maybe they play more, but they're SHORTER per ad?! Well surprise was on us, when my mom, who has been sick all week, had to leave church early because she was coughing so much. Everyone turned around and looked at us like "what are we gonna do now?" So afterwards my brother was supposed to bring my dad home and they would pick up my mom and bring her over to my house, but instead he brought my dad straight over -- they were the SECOND ones there!! Surprise, surprise! Oh well, it was actually kind of funny, dad went home and got mom and they were still surprised about the whole thing -- they thought they were just coming for a family lunch. (well I guess it still was :)) We had a super good turnout, over 100 I'm sure, and unlike myself, I forgot to take any pics! The funny thing to me is the story I've been told twice this morning about the woman who woke up and was all excited because now she didn't have to pay her mortgage or pay for healthcare.
