Well, it seems all your names are white and I have like 350 e-mails in my inbox. I read them but never seem to have 2 free hands to write back. But......that's a good thing! (That means I have friends who love me!) I even realized yesterday I had not turned on the TV in 4 days! How cool is that????!?!!Gavin is sleeping GREAT! I think about 9 hours last night, up to feed, then back down for another 2-3. I'll take it.Exciting blog update coming soon with bday and halloween pics!Life is Good! God is Great!!! Have a great day at Worship today!

Happy Fall Ya'll!

Well, it's about time for an update I guess! It is October!! The weather is wonderful! Callie's birthday is this month, I can't believe it! She is going to be 3, crazy how fast life goes. Kyle is off work today and just left with Callie to take her to the jumpy place. She was so excited. She came over to Gavin before she left, gave him a big hug and said I love you. She is doing great around him. I would say our biggest issue with her and him is that she does not know how to be QUIET!! Gavin is doing great. He has still been in my room until last night. I finally put him in his room. I actually don't like to keep babies in my room that long but he has been waking her up at night so that was the solution. So, I cranked up her white noise, cranked up his and shut both doors. Uncle Luke had a football game last night and we went. We had a great time, even though it was freezing. Don't worry....Erin kept Gavin for me! Oh, and Kyle got a buck on opening day of deer season. Not that big of ...

Ok, Ok

Ok, so I think I've been tagged a few times so here goes...1-I am ADDICTED to Dr. Pepper! It is my one favorite thing. BUT...I only like it from the fountain. Don't bother buying me a can or bottle of it, not the same! 2-I think dirty bathroom baseboards are so gross. Your bathroom can be totally clean, but if your baseboards are still dirty, then it's not clean. (But, don't get me wrong, I don't always have clean bathrooms, I just think cleaning them includes the baseboards!)3-I've never had a "nice" car. My mini-van is the most I've ever spent on a car and it was still under $5,000. Before that I'd say $3,000 is the most I've ever spent. I'd rather spend money on my house.4-I like my hair a lot more now than I did in high school. It has changed. (I don't mean style, I mean texture)5-My daughter has WAAAYYY too many clothes and shoes.6-I still have a baby tooth. (and I don't mean in a drawer somewhere, I mean in my mouth)7-One of my favorite moves i...

Another post about my kids....and my kicks!

So...I figured out that when I do an entry to our family blog all I have to do is copy and paste the entire entry and even the pics will show up on here. So....that is what I've been doing. So...sorry for nothing new being on my posts except for info about the kids....but hey..this is my life!In other news, I got new kicks today! As in tennis shoes. (Do they actualy call them tennis shoes anymore?) Anyway, I got a pair of Nike's. I'm so excited!! I have not had a pair of Nike's since high school I think. Don't get me wrong..I have LOTS of shoes, but seem to buy cheap shoes or church shoes. It was about time for a good pair of kicks!I got out today and took Gavin to the mall. It's amazing how much more you appreciate taking a newborn out when you are used to taking a almost 3 year old out. What a difference! He slept the whole time!Anyone out their watching Prison Break and what do you think? I am still LOVING it (I could stare at Wentworth Miller all day long!!), but...

Home Sweet Home!

Well, we are home! We are so happy to be home and I think Gavin is too. Callie has really been enjoying Gavin today. She wants to hold him for a few seconds and then she says "Ok, I'm done". She wants to hold him, but realizes that she has to sit still and everyone knows Callie doesn't sit still. Today is the first time he's been home without being attached to anything so hopefully tomorrow I will try and get some pics of both Callie and Gavin together. We are headed back to the Dr. tomorrow to have his bilirubin checked again to make sure it is still coming down. I'll let you know.

Oops....

I updated all my social networking sites today and forgot this one. OOPS!! We took Gavin in to have his bilirubin level checked again today and it has gone up AGAIN. I think it's at a 17.3. (I can't remember if it's 17.3 or 17.8) UG! So........We are back in the hospital.Thankfully they gave me a "courtesy" room so I am here with him. He will be under the photo-therapy lights until his levels are normal. Our doctor just came in and said that there is no way to know how long we will be here. She said to definatley plan on tonight and tomorrow at the least. She said some babies are fine in 2 days while some take 7. I told her I don't want to take him home until he is 100% completely better. I don't want to do any kind of therapy at home.I am hoping to get some good rest while I am here. I will feed him every 3 hours but will try my best to rest in between.I don't want to put any kind of info on here of where we are and our room number or anything, but fee...
