Hey everyone! I have posted about this before, but the evangelism seminar is finally rolling around! I am SOOOOO excited! We get to talk to men that have traveled around the world preaching the gospel. They are going to help prepare us to do evangelism work in the future. I can't wait. So if you just happen or by choice are truckin' through Morgantown WV and want to come you are more than welcome. If you want more information just leave a comment below, and I will get in touch with you. I personally am so pumped! I have been waiting for this all year long! Also, a man named Allen Malone is going to have a gospel meeting right after the seminar. Again if you want information I can get it to you. To be able to learn how to serve God better and deliever his word, I think it is wonderful. : ) Update: I am doing pretty well. I am so happy I taught a little girl (Samantha) something new! I taught her "God made the turkey go. Gobble gobble gobble!" she picked up on it! It was...

Do You Love My Jesus?

Last night Kaylah, Tabby, and I were singing hymns late at night and we sang a song call Stand up and Shout. Here are the lyrics.Stand up and shout it if you love my Jesus, Stand up and shout it if you love my Lord,Oh I want to know oh I want to know,Do you love my Lord?Sit down and listen if you love my Jesus,Sit down and listen if you love my Lord,Oh I want to know, oh I want to know,Do you love my Lord?Go tell your neighbor if you live my Jesus,Go tell your neighbor if you love my Lord,Oh I want to know, Oh I want to know,Do you love my Lord?Go out and live it if you love my Jesus,go out and live it if you love my Lord,oh I want to know, Oh I want to know,Do you love my Lord?CHORUS:He's my rock, my sword, my shield,He's my wheel in the middle of the wheel,He's the fairest of ten thousand to my soul,Makes no difference what they say, I'm gonna' love Him everyday, He's my rock, my sword, my shield,PRAISE THE LORD!We claim to be Christians, but yet, we ...

So, Yes I finally got to go to Cooper's Rock. : ) My sister, mom, dad, lil bro, and Tiana got to go. It was amazing. We all took some pretty nice pictures, some silly, but none the less, still some pretty cool pics. Lol. : ) We also climbed huge rocks (sometimes almost falling off. lol silly Tabby) They were so much fun. I haven't gotten to do that in a really long time, so it was nice. I am hoping that I will get to go again soon with my best friend. The view has to be one of the best things there. There was a georgeous overlook where you could see for miles! (which is pretty hard in WV since it's all mountians ;) It really does out into perspective how wonderful God and his creation is. It really humbles you. I had a great time.: )Well, better go! Hope everyone is having a great day! : )~Kaitlin

Leaves falling to the ground,to have such a wonderful sound!Twirling, swaying, turning, blowing,Fall prepares for winter's snowingColors painted on the hills,to my joy it utterly fillsCrunching colors beneath my feet, cold chills that can't be beatAll this joy in fall is awed, and how wonderful,it was all wrought by the power of God!~Kaitlin ♥

Autumn sends it's leaves swirling....

So, October has rolled around. Here at home you can feel the coolness seep into your bones. There is a certian feeling I always get when fall has truly come around. The leaves are starting to turn, and it is beautiful! When the leaves change color more I want to go to a park call Cooper's Rock and take pictures of the colorful mountians. It's GORGEOUS up there in the fall. Is it not amazing how God set the seasons and all the world into motion? We often overlook these amazing gifts and wonders God gives us everyday. I know I am at fault of this too. When I take time to look at these wonders it helps comfort me and helps me realize God is always going to take care of me. I find that very encouraging. Hope everyone is having an amazing day! : ) “Every leaf speaks bliss to me, fluttering from the autumn tree” ~Emily BronteIn Him,Kaitlin

We had to let go to a wonderful person of our "family" this weekend. A wonderful christian example left our chruch to go back home to Indiana. Now, I have to tell you this young man is only 17 and is very adiment for God's word. He truely has the word of God like a fire in his heart! I know for many of the people at our church it is going to be very difficult to see him go. So yes silly string is in fact, amazing. As we accidentally found out was that it doesn't tase good at all. (uhem uhem...Kaylah.) ; ) Things are going pretty well in my book. Life is good. God is here. I got family and friends. All the nessicities in life. = )~Kaitlin ♥

Things are going to get better now....

Well, I am still alive. : ) *hehe* I have been greatly encouraged by the young christians around me, and can say about the best thing that happened was a person that is very dear to me confessed their sins, and seems to be doing a lot better now. I also had many friends that had helped me throug my struggles there to help me rejoyce in repentance. It reminds me of the shepard wiht the lost sheep. How wonderful our God is! I am glad to say that our gospel meeting with Bob Waldron went very well, and that I felt that it was very benificial. I would really like to say more, but it's really late and I have a big weekend ahead. I hope to blog again soon! : ) May God bless you! Kaitlin ♥

Well, like in my last post school is trucking along, and I am still wishing that I was homeschooled, but that will hopefully happen next year. Anyways! Kaylah, my grandmother, and I are going to cook him dinner Saturday, so I hope he likes it.We are also going to have a picnic between services Sunday and hopefully we will get some people together, sing some hymns, read some verses, pray, and glorify God!
