12 Weeks

Ahhh, the end of the 1st trimester! I have made it! I think the sickness is slowly, but surly going away. I doesn't seem to be as bad the last few days, however, I am still getting very tired and worn out. But I think that has to do with being pregnant and having 2 babies already. It is all so worth is though. I am really starting to feel pregant with showing and all, I know I am not huge, but I have had 2 people now come up to me and ask about it, so apparently I am showing enough for other's to know. I don't get offended when people ask, I actually love it! Do you all have big plans for Thanksgiving? My Uncle Mike and Aunt Randi from New York are coming in today. This will be our Thanksgiving with them. We are going to my parents house and are going to have a fine meal. Not our Thanksgiving meal, that will come next week. But we will be having Chicken Speg., Salad (and I think Natalie is getting some Olive Garden dressing to serve with, did you know the sell it?) Green ...

11 weeks!

I am at 11 weeks today, one more to go and I will be done with the 1st trimester!!! Hopefully that will end the morning, day, night sickness that I have had. That is when it ended my other 2 pregancys. However, I still take the sickness as a sign things are going like they should and it does give me some comfort. Thanks for all the congrats and prayers. We are really looking forward to this baby! Has anyone ever heard of or done Intelligender? An in home gender predictor. It is suppose to be 90% accurate in lab testings. However, everything I have read on the internet about it, and what people that took it had to say, it sounded pretty 50/50. We took one, should I tell you what it said??? I don't know, maybe I sould wait till the ultrasound to see if it is right??? HUM.......Oh, I also wanted to add that Luke is singing Twinkle Twinkle Little Star now. He doesn't sing every word, but gets quite a few of them in there and sings the tune. Both of my children now have started...

Make way for Dillard #5!

We are pleased to annouce we are expecting another precious baby! Due June 5th, however my children like to come early, so if I had to guess a date I would say the end of May. I will be 10 wks tomorrow and they say that is the end of the very crucial part of development. I have been to the dr. twice and the last time it was still to early to hear the heart beat. We will be going back around the first of December so I guess we will hear it then. Please keep us in your prayers for a healthy pregnancy, labor, and baby! I have felt very pukey, but that to me is always a good sign that things are going the way they are suppose to. I think that should end in the next few weeks though. Anywho, just wanted to let you in on our little secret!Love,Ashley

Boo! Did I scare you?I hope you all have a good and safe Halloween. We are going to my parents house to escape the tricker treaters, I know we are no fun, but it is just the kids and I and I really don't want to fight all the bugs off that seem to fly in everytime I open the door. Any whoooo. We have really had all of our Halloween fun already, 3 parties just about does if for me. I think we are about to go to the mall and see Alex dressed up at work, the people at the cookie company all dressed up like the cast of Scooby Doo! Have a good one! What were you this year???

Irritating Thought

Is is just me or does it seem to be a bit hypocritical that the same people who think spanking your children is horrible and think it should be banned, is the same people who are willing to let women have the choice to kill her child that is alive and kicking just a inch or two away from everyone? Even more irritating that they would deny the child medical care if it so happened survived that cruel, awful abortion!!! What is wrong with these people??? I have thought recently about the people in the old testament how these some horrid people would sacrifice there children to idols and false gods. Are we just not that far away from that? Also, not that I at all am condoning a young girl who is scared and puts her child in a dumpster of on the side of the street because I think it is just as awful, but where do these people get of persicuting this girl when they are basically doing the same thing? What is the difference in a child that in 5 minutes would be out of the womb vs a chil...

Well the last few days Luke has decided to start walking! He is still a little week in the knees, but is really starting to take off. I don't know about you, but I hate it when people put a negative on children walking. When Faith started walking everyone said: Oh, you just wait... (which by the way is one of my most hated phrases!) now is when the real work comes. Stuff like that. Well, I loved it when Faith started walking, not only does it show they are developing like they should, but it is such a since on independance on both sides! Not that I want them growning up quickly by any means, but it is quite an accomplishment. It is a new stage of little Luke's life, and new fun!!!Here are some pictures of the last few weeks:Faith at my parent's house:Faith and Uncle Alex:Some people from church gave this toy to the kids, there little girl just got it and was to big for it. I was going to get one for Faith for her 1st birthday and kind of forgot about it. The kids lov...

I am sooooo ready for fall! You know that warm fuzzy feeling you get when you look out your window and can tell it is cool out side, but you are nice and warm in your home. And for that moment all is well with the world.I also cant wait to start wearing my fall winter clothes, I am getting a little tired of the summer ones. Happy back to school! Even happier I am not there!

On my mind, what do you think?

I want you to go to his blog. What do you think on the matter. I know he is just throwing this idea out there and, I am sure I am not as studied on the subject as he is, so this is, so I might be over stepping my boundries, and this is absolutly nothing against him, I really respect him! Like I said, I know he is just throwing the idea out there. I read this a few days ago and the idea of this just really hit me the wrong way. Are we such an A.D.D. people that we really have this much of an issue of sitting in church and listening to the Gospel of Christ proclaimed to us??? I couldn't believe how many people commented on this and were gung ho on the idea! What happened to the days that we had meetings all summer long... They gradually went to a week, then 4 days, now it is a weekend. It is because everything eles on this earth has started becoming more important and time consuming. I have heard many people say the would have wonderful turnouts all summer long when they had that ...
