Our family is very big on traditions and this time of year is full of them. This year is bittersweet for me... this will be my daughter's last Christmas at home. It just seems like yesterday he was a baby. Time has flown by much too quickly. He has grown in so many ways and has become a wonderful young man. She is really excited about the challenge before her. She is a Registered Dental Hygienist. We are so proud of her accomplishments. She graduated Magna Cum Laude and is licensed in Kentucy and Indiana. Now if she can only find a job! Megan and Kyle (her boyfriend of 5+ years) are engaged. The wedding is set for August 7, 2009. The planning has already begun. Megan graduates May 10th. from U of L Dental School as a Hygienist. She hopes to have a job lined up as soon as she gets her board results. She has already been offered a job, we'll just have to see if it works out. Ryan has completed his first year at IUS. He is still undecided about his major, but is leaning toward a Business degree with a concentration in Finance and a minor in Computer Science. He hopes to complete his MBA later. I am working about 20 hours a week with Dale. I enjoy spending the time with him since the children no longer need me at home :( It has made the transition a lot easier for me. But, as of June 9, 2007 I am officially retired as a homeschool mom. Megan will be starting her last year of college this fall and Ryan will begin his first. Where did the time go????
