I was running all over the court, but I still cannot reach the ball ! After 3 hours running 'n hitting.My whole body was exhausted. And this morning when i woke up my arms were hurting so bad. I am really not a sport person ! And now,I am trying to be. For my health. We went to a chinese buffet Restaurant, and ordered "Hot Pot". Which is really popular food in China. We boil the raw meat or fresh Vegetables in the pot .The pot has two sides, one side is spicy (hot like burning),other side is mild. After u cooked food by yourself , u dip them in the sauce . We ate 23 plates of lamb, Tofu, seefood,vegetables........ After that ,we got ice cream 'n cake. We felt so sick when we got home .And I almost puke in her car ! I'll never do it again for next 6 months !
