My mom really wanted an update so here we go!
New:
1. Pulling up
2. Teeth! (2)
3. Says Dada? (like she's asking a question - so sweet!)
4. Says Mama - only when she's crying though
5. She loves her new room
6. Finger/table foods - peas, rice, puff cereal
7. She can almost grab food and put it in her mouth with coordination.
8. We can't wait for the rain but we hope everyone is safe and sound when it gets here.
I'm sorry - i don't know where to upload my files for free where you guys can see them at the moment.
Lily's new room
This is an old picture but she looks cute in it.
Yay! Caitlyn says Mama when crying too . . . no Dada yet though. I can't see the pics at work, I'll have to try from home. They're usually blocked at work.
April, when are you going to replace the red squares with pictures? I'll bet your sorry I finally got back on pleo! Take care and I'll take a lot of pictures on our vacation to show you when we get back. Sorry you, Brandon and Lily can't make it. Maybe next year!
I am so looking forward to seeing Lily in person! It is just too long between visits between a grandmother and her grandchild, oh yeah, it will be nice to see you and Brandon, also!
So for the past two days Lily has slept in her own crib all the way through the night! We are SOOO proud of her. Today I actually had to go to her room at 6:30 to wake her up.
Her 6 month checkup went very well. She's healthy and tough. 75% height and 50% weight.
She can almost sit up well by herself and she made a hard consonant sound today. (Da!)
I thank God every day for giving us such a healthy, wonderful baby. We really don't deserve such a blessing.
Where has the time gone? I can't believe Lily is almost 5 months old. She's amazing! She's learning new tricks every day. Its really neat to see how much she learns every day. Here are her favorites:
1. Pacifiers
2. Nap time
3. Play time
4. Miss Stephanie
5. Carrots
6. Applesauce
7. Old ladies
Brandon and I are doing ok - keeping really busy with Lily. She wants to play a lot and its hard to get everything done because we just want to play with her all day. Luckily she falls asleep almost every day at 8.

So she started drooling for a week now and the other day I felt in her mouth and there was something small and hard on the bottom gum line. So she's getting a tooth already! That must have come from Brandon's side because I am a slow teether. She's doing ok! Getting bigger every day and learning to grab stuff and even sooth herself.
