At work, I have signed up to be a part of a Health and Wellness Challenge. I have so much weight I need to take off that lately I have had NO motivation to do anything about it. Now, I am inspired to do so. A lady at work has offered to spend 3-5 days with me and two other girls at work in a full cardio work out. She used to be an instructor and I am very grateful for her offering to do this. She is also going to teach me Yoga. I have wanted to learn the art of Yoga! Also, since I walk more than a mile at my job I have signed up for a one mile walk at Epcot. This is more for a confidence booster than anything. I am going to meet a girl at work and we will do this together. YAY for team work! We will be able to do great things as a group :).
Today Armand and I went to hear Bill Clinton speak at UCF. I have never seen one of our Presidents (past or present) anywhere other than on tv or on a book. Today I really got to see him! So cool :). I also thought his message was good. What a great experience and I got to experience this with my sweet husband, YAY!

Today I took a special day off from work to get a family into Animal Kingdom. We had the most wonderful time! The children had fun and so did their mom. We ate at Tusker House and WOW the food was great! It is all African food, YUM!
Alfredo sauce is yummy... can't say I cared for octopus the last place I tried it, but that was a chinese buffet, and who knows how long it had been sitting under the heat lamps.
The garage sale went very well. I made enough money to take my car in for its 15,000 mile check up, $20 worth of gas, I still have $10 to do my laundry, and a couple extra bucks for toll money :). I have simply put off my 15,000 mile check up as we simply didn't have that much money to throw away on a car. I am happy to say, my car feels much better now. I couldn't go any longer as I am sure the fluids were nearly gone and my car was getting sluggish.
Cypress Gardens was fun. Sadly, my vacation is nearing its end.
