After years of mediocrity, the Tennessee Volunteers Head football coach Philip Fulmer quit today. Well, if you want to call it quitting. If you watch the press conference, there were multpile hints that this was a go quit or get fired deal.
Philip Fulmer is a good guy and average coach (by today's standards). The SEC has changed and Fulmer was not able to make the change.
Fulmer also, in my opinion, did not discipline his players correctly.
What's done is done. He's gone.

nine girls total. 3-5 on the line. Nothing's really changed since you were here (I don't think). Center can't run the ball this year, that's the only difference.
that's not a bad degree my friend. not too bad for tuition. An Ed.D. past the master's level is about 28,000ish. Not bad considering the salary that would command. What are your plans? You going to stick with your bachelor's, I seemed to remember you saying you wanted to get your master's for teaching. Are you still doing that?
We have another green civic sitting in the drive. Taking bids on it. Starting at $45k. (Dad's going to sell it and get a new S2000 - breaking even of course.)
Not much is up with Dad's civic. Why do you ask? We like Dad's civic - we take it to the YMCA and skateboard with it, sometimes we use it on the interstate to skateboard. We like little cars that ride down low, like you are riding on the ground, and go BUMP everytime the interstate goes bump.
Somethings I realized over the last couple of weeks...
1. Family Matters and Home Improvement are good shows. Hollywood don't make them like they used too.
2. Shakespearean Language Rocks. Nothing like saying "Thy food art ready."
3. I've worked 3 of my last 5 years in fast food. Talk about your life driving by...
4. Evil companions corrupt good morals. My mom "watched" the Monday night game (Titans vs Colts) and called me to talk about it. Allie is beginning to be able to read defenses
I watched the game too! Can you believe that? I even heard a conversation the next day about the game and guess what? I acutally knew what they were talking about... a little... Aren't you proud of me!!
Halfway through the semester. I'm ready for classes to end.
Been to a couple of WKU football games. Don't worry, my alligence is still to the Blue Raiders.
