So, This past week was the first full week I have been at home since oh, the week after I graduated on May 22! Needless to say, it feels good. Considering if I were to go into great detail about all my excursions since graduation...it would be the longest blog ever..I will keep it brief!
I went to Destin for my senior trip with only my lovely sister and myself! It was amazing...I love the beach, well Florida and frankly wouldn't mind living there. It was beautiful! I loved laying on the beach just looking out at the ocean and listening to the waves. The Saturday after graduation and before I left, one of my good friends who was only a freshman was killed in a jet ski accident, so being in Florida was a way to clear my head. I also got to spend it all with my sister! Yay. I did major damage shopping too!
Camp. Of course was amazing! It was sadly, my last year and that deeply saddens me. At first it was way different, and started kind of slow because a lot of my friends weren't there. But with the amazing girls in the lodge the week turned out to be amazing, esp spiritually! I was on KO, and we were stacked hahahaha!
Orientation. The Sunday right after I got back from the best week ever. I left to go to Ragin Cajun Orientation until late Wednesday night. It was fun, and I am excited to be a Rajin Cajun at U.L.L.! Wooo! I really don't like my schedule, the only thing that is good though is I have one class Friday and it is over at 9. So I can make some weekend road trips!
Atlanta, GA. The following Monday I left via charter bus for Atlanta, GA with a bunch of high school kids from across the nation to attend Future Business Leaders of America's National Convention and Competition for a week! I had tooooo much fun and got to see so many amazing things! I rode the subway for the first time, in a taxi also, and a city bus! lol. I got to meet a lot of people from all over. It was an experience of a lifetime!
After that I re packed my things and headed 9 hours away to Columbus, MS for the fourth of July to visit my grandparents. It was, interesting...but like most things me and my sister made the best of it!
And that brings me to this week. And I will be leaving out Friday for the ....ROCK LOCK! Woot! And the last week in July I will be headed to Lubbock to move my sister in...and that is sad!
I hope every one is doing well, and I get to see most everyone Friday!
It has been an extremely long time since I have used this, but I am going to try to form the habit again.
I even forgot all of the codes and nonsense to make it look pretty :(
I got a lap toppy so it should be easier to keep track of this web blog.
I graduate on May 22 yay! I am excited. And I will be attending Univeristy of Louisiana at Lafayette's nursing school! It is one of the top 10 in the nation, so that is very exciting. I plan on becoming a nurse practitioner as of now.
Hmmm, for now that is about it.
Btw- I am in love with Edward Cullen, he is mine- everyone should know this!

I put my two weeks in at the theater...I was pretty excited. Its not like it was a hard/bad job its just I got a better one. HA! I actually liked working at the movies minus the late nights and grouchy people :) BUT alas. one of my teachers called me and said the principal is letting me in this class that has certain pre-requisites or whatever that because of anacoco is wasn't going to be able to take....BUT the principal places me in there...so I only have to stay at school for 3 hours then this class places me in a job. Its called COE. But yeah. My job- is working at the elementary with the little kids and stuff...so I love little kids and I'm getting paid for it. Not to mention minimum wage just went up =)
I really like the spell checker on here. Just because I cannot spell worth two toots. ANYWAY. The singing next week...yea I am pretty excited.
I think I am even exciting about school starting because I'll finally be done. I think I might even be a little sad. JUST A LITTLE, because I really like the school I am at now. A little nervous to because of the decision I need to get on about where I am headed after...Florida? SFA? LSU? *AHHHHH* Maybe I could divide myself in thirds?
I have discovered my favorite book of the old testament is almost without a doubt eccl. (spell check is unfamiliar with the BIBLE!)
Sorry about the mono. I had it when I was 20. Since my girlfriend (future wife) didn't get it, I assume it came from a water fountain at Lamar. The doctor gave me pernatal vitamins to help me keep my strength up!
