Things have changed since my last post! Brandon and I got married on August 9th and it was so much fun! We went to Pigeon Forge/Gatlinburg for our honeymoon and stayed in a really nice cabin. :)
We moved to Memphis, TN and Brandon has started pharmacy school at UT. He has been in school for a week and it's going pretty well! :) I got a job at a daycare that's a little less than a mile away, which is wonderful. I am still waiting for my background check to come back and then I'll be able to start. :)
We have been visiting at the Bartlett church here and they have done a great job of making us feel like family.
Today we had to have some one come get two live birds out of our chimney. It was pretty cool because we had to close all the curtains and open the door and then he opened the little door in the chimney and one of them flew out. Then, when he was about to clean out the fireplace, he heard another one and then out he flew! haha:)
That's about all of the excitement in our lives right now. ha Well, I hope that everyone is doing well!:)
Emily, I hope you get the job....I know about your previous history of getting in trouble with the law a lot. You know your name on here still shows Emily Frizzell lol....had to say it since I won't get to anymore lol.
i live ... haha, i don't even know. in memphis somewhere. i'm worshiping at the shelby congregation. and i'm hoping to get a job at regions, so we'll see what happens.
Of course on the streets.....hopefully I'll be in BG by then, with the course up there I'll probably stay with someone in Maryland or just stay at a motel for a few weeks. Kind of costly, but they aren't long enough to actually rent an apartment
i'm sorry ... i've been ssooo busy looking for a job and haven't found anything yet. it's getting super stressful, but i'm doing all i can. i'll call you as soon as i have money to do something! i PROMISE! :]
I'm sure he'll get the chance to see what it is like on his rotations, but he could probably get something part-time in a hospital if he'd like to check it out
lol too many women together = drama? since when haha. And yeah I'm going to try to make a deposit on that puppy tomorrow. When I do get the puppy....remind Brandon when you guys come over that he isn't allowed to pet it, talk to it, or if it whines in the crate kick it lol. This is suppose to be my future competition dog and it has to be focused on me only, and can't be bullied at all before it's mentally mature. And as for christmas I don't want anything lol, and I mean that.
I love the time of the year when the bulletin board at church is exploding with Gospel Meeting announcements! Eastside's meeting was a great week and I'm so thankful I was able to make it to every lesson! :) So if there are meetings going on around you, go! :) It's encouraging and helpful for you and everyone else!
Planning for the wedding has become so much fun! :) I'm getting really excited about it and I'm thrilled that so many people are willing to help! My mom has been amazing and I'd pretty much be lost right now without her help on this! Our engagement announcement was in the paper today! If you get the paper and think about it, save it for us please!:) Brandon and I go for our first Premarital Counseling session with the Bains on Thursday! :-D
School is almost over...hard to believe. It's going to be the best semester for me! I've had most all education classes and they are SO much fun. It's a lot easier to do well at something if you enjoy it! :)
Ben Williamson preached at Eastside tonight and I'm pretty sure he stepped on everyone's toes. Thanks Ben! Let's remember to follow Jesus' example and not give into temptation!

The congregation I worship with had a gospel meeting last week. It was very encouraging. :) I'm glad you are enjoying your wedding planning. I've started thinking about wedding plans, and I think it's fun.
we don't talk about it - he said something a few weeks ago about not wanting to so we talked it up and said that his friends would want to do it and he hasn't said much since. All else fails I have bribery that I will bring with me!
I've been praying for God to give me patience with planning the big day and He is definitely helping me! :) We decided on a place today and it's beautiful! We're planning on having the wedding and reception in the Kentucky Room in the Kentucky Museum on campus. :) We ordered bridesmaid fabric and Brandon & I are going to take care of tux rentals tomorrow morning! :)
Tonight before Briana and I ate, she said the prayer for the first time and my heart smiled!:) She's such a blessing!
I hope everyone is doing well and making good choices. I remind my kids at the daycare to do that a lot...hehe:)
Eastside's meeting starts Sunday with Andy Diestelkamp. The meeting time for Sunday is 10:25 and 3:00, Monday through Friday is 7. I'm really looking forward to an encouraging week and hope to see you all there!:)
I guess having it at the Museum takes care of food too if you have it, because you have to cater through aramark if you decide to have food. Becca and Philip Williams got married there and I was in their wedding... VERY pretty place!! good choice.
I've decided that planning for a wedding is actually pretty fun, even though it's pretty stressful. :) A lot of things have kind of come together this week-yay!:)
We have bridesmaids(heather humphrey-jennifer beckham-briana brumit-jennifer greenlee), groomsmen(zach couchman-eric huggins-daniel lankford-jesse lanning), ushers(brian frizzell&?), a ring bearer(tyler, my favorite little boy at work), and a flower girl(grace, brandon's sweet little niece)
My dress came in today and I like it-a lot! :)

I'm pretty sure I found our caterer today
I'm pretty sure I found the best deal for tux rentals
I have the patterns and started looking for bridesmaid/flower girl fabric

Brandon and I booked the cabin for our honeymoon
