I'm so glad I stumbled upon your blog! I love seeing the pictures of Ross and Laura's baby. Laura's mom is a good friend of mine and I've know their family for years! She is so cute!
A few weeks ago we went to a party and learned to play , it was so fun!
Then last weekend we learned (Jacob got it at a yard sale, I think it's an old game...?) and . Racko is ok, but Settlers of Catan was really a blast. Now I'm wondering what other fabulous games are out there that we've never heard of! What's your favorite?
I heard back from the one mom tonight and because of their foster situation it didn't work out. So, back to the boards. Hope we get to see you guys again this coming weekend!! This might be a record or something! ;)

Settlers of Catan is regarded by many to be the best board game of the past few decades. There are expansions and other genres for it as well (see Wikipedia).
you know, if you and jacob need a little time off and want to see something cool, i would love if ya'll came to survivor! we love spectators. some people will camp friday night, saturday lunch is a potluck. lots to see besides just me :)
Yeah, I know I am {lucky that is}. Not only did I not get a medal, I didn't even get a verbal recognition. Although, the campers got certificates and trophies AND applause. I would settle for the applause.
