Also, for all you very busy moms, wives, etc. out there, I have gone twice to a very cool business, called Entree Vous, which is a mass-meal prep business.
Basically, you go to this place and put together meals (that you've pre-ordered), then take them home and freeze them. It's fast, convenient, and really cuts down on prep work, chopping, etc. It's been really fun and helpful, so I thought I'd spread the word. If you have questions, feel free to ask!

Flying stand-by is great when it works out, but when it doesn't... not so fun. We were able to get a flight out of Lyon to JFK, and then from there to Atlanta. YAY!
