His senior class left Wed. night and I haven't talked to him since early Thurs morning for about 45 seconds. Good thing we bought hime that cellphone, ya know, so we could get ahold of him (or vice versa). Oh well, such is youth, he must be having a blast and I can hardly wait to hear all about it.
Wow - that sounds like such a great time! I loved my Washington DC/NYC trip with my kids. I have another one coming up next October, but I may just have Sarah go it with another friends parent - $$ ya know.
Btw - same thing happened when brea went to falcon days - hardly a word and I was anxious to hear! Got me to thinking that i probably won't hear as much as I would like from her wen she is in college, a very sad thing for me. I love to know day by day how my kids are doing.
Everything else is going very well, and thank you to all of you for your good wishes - your the best!
Saturday was Dan's Birthday - He's 43!
The kids conferences went well last week except this one little thing with Alex that I think I took care of - we'll see. The girls are all happy with their friends - no fussy girl fights. Rachel just had her iep which was Awesome! Dan is happy because he is flying more and we are going to his uncle's 90th bday party Nov. 1st and he will get to fly there!
My dad has a "procedure" tomorrow - that should be ok, but it's always scary with him.
Thursday is the high school vocal music program - my favorite. I'll post pix - I know you just cannot wait for that.
Here is something kind of fun, I just the other day heard that my FC roommate is moving back to Dallas after many years in Seattle. That means that maybe I will get to see her once in a while. Shopping trip to Dallas WooHoo!
Glad things are more positive. It is nice that you have had conferences. We don't until Nov. Waiting that long makes it very stressful. I of course contact parents way before that but it is still kinda wierd.
Happy bday Dan! So, I keep asking when he'll be flying here??? Glad things are working out with the situation. Ahhhh - life can be soo stressful. Are we speaking of Kris?

What this means is my heart is heavy right now and I am trying not to jump to conclusions and at the same time not to be naive. And also as I try to figure things out, not be a gossip.
We could have lunch sometime, but my hours have been changed at work, so I only have a half hour. BUT, I'm off on Wednesday afternoons now, so I'm free then.
