The English version of the Chinese text reads: Create a new man. “You must take off the old man and its iniquity. This old man is continually being corrupted by its evil desires” (Ephesians 4:22) / Put on the new man. The new man is created in God’s image. It has true love and purity. (Ephesians 4:24)
The various words on the old man’s coat are the name of sins, such as boasting, drunkenness, pride, hatred, foolishness, adultery. Written on the shoe of the man on the right is, “Trusting in man’s way.” Written on the clothes of the man on the left are the fruit of the Holy Spirit as described in Galatians 5:22-23: love, peace, joy, longsuffering, gentleness, goodness, faith, meekness and temperance.
Very cool. I passed this graphic on to Dave Hamlett who works with a lot of Chinese in the North East of Toronto. It will likely come in handy for me to as I work with Chinese searchers from time to time. Many thanks brother!
So, I have converted my website into a tumblr for the time being. Just experimenting with making little posts, mainly of pictures and video every once in a while. If anybody cares, feel free to go look or maybe even do a little RSS action so you will never miss my clever musings.
In other news, Mandy is rounding the bend with her new album and we might use her friend that is a boy to help do some design action.
