To say things have been crazy around here is quite the understatement.
Unfortunately, my high school lost yet another student, Megan, this past weekend. That makes three student deaths in only one year. First was my friend, Kelsey (who died of complications with an overdose) in February 2008. A couple months later was Patrick, who was murdered while in Oklahoma. This past Friday Megan was killed in a car accident. I wasn't close to Megan, but it is still hard to see someone your age have their life taken from them. It is a sure reminder of how short life is, and how we are not promised tomorrow.
Two words. FINAL WEEK. It is absolutely insane. I hate hate hate final week, and I just wish it didn't exist. I have four down, four to go. We'll just have to cross our fingers for A's. I'm not too worried yet, but then again I haven't had my math final yet...ahh! I've been up late every night studying my brains out, and in return I somewhat resemble a zombie! Finals stress me out more than almost anything, so at about 11:45 A.M. on Friday, I will be one happy girl.
SNOWWWWWWWWWW! Yep, there's snow on the ground in Kansas City! It's beautiful, but it's not the kind of snow you can pack up and make a snowman, it's too dry. But there is a lot of it, so I'm still happy. Except driving home in it yesterday was ... an adventure, haha. It's only 1 degree outside, so I kinda don't like that part, but oh well.
Also, my health has been terrible lately. Those of you who know my past and are curious are free to ask questions, but I don't have the time to type it all out right now!
Oh, and Merry (ALMOST) Christmas. Is it really only 8 days away? It just doesn't feel right...this year has flown by. I still need to do all my shopping, haha! Good luck to you all with that :]
Well, this seems like a lengthy and healthy post updating on my busy and crazy life, so I'll just leave it at that! Hope you all have a wonderful rest of the week, weekend, and CHRISTMAS!
Wow, I've kinda been slackin on updating--my bad! But it's only because not much has changed in the life of me..just school, which is going pretty good. Except for algebra...let's just say we got our report cards and my driving was revoked...yikes! It'll be up before I know it though..I hope!! Both my brothers have visited since my last update, which always makes me happy! Oh, and Halloween happened! I got my "costume" about 3 hours before the party at Dollar General, with Jo- which consisted of 1$ fairy wings..woo!! Alsoo, the musical is coming up, and since I'm so stinkin talented on the keyboards, I have to play for them. Which is always loads of fun. OHH! And I'm UBER excited because I don't have to go to school Thursday && Friday...who knew parent teacher conferences could be so wonderful?

I had a pretty good weekend! I stayed home Friday because I had a ton of laundry I needed to do. It took forever! Saturday I went to [another] soccer game with Kassidy and Cheyenne...and on the way Cheyenne ran over a squirrel :( And we accidentally sat through a green light. Don't even know how that happened! Haha...so much fun! Then we went out to eat with Nathan, and went to Cheyenne's house...I took a nap! Then we went to Target and had some true fun. Then I went home, and went to Planet Sub with my parents. Today I went to church...and my mommy is out of town! So its just my daddy and I here, which means drive-thru every night! Ha. Well I'm getting pretty tired and I have to get up early for stinky school!! And I have to get a filling after school at the dentist! AHHH!!
One word has been consuming up about 99.6% of my time lately. HOMEWORK! Its crazy...here's my schedule at school..

Them are some tough classes! And by challenged algebra, that's for the smart kids! lol. Then i have all-districts coming up, so i kiiinda need to work on my audition, haha. Then i have my piano, takes up quite a large amount of time. Then there's my "social life" which i do spend lots of time w/ that.
Tomorrow i'm going to the soccer game with my friend Cheyenne because her boyfriend is playing and we just "have to go". It'll be fun though. There's been some fun times in her car!
