well its 1/1/09... wow it doesnt seem that jan should already be here. many things will happen this year. i hope that most are good. we went to a new years eve party last night, and that was much fun, although we didnt stay till midnite. we came home a little early.

today is take down the christmas decor day. we had fun putting it up but now it must come down... all good things must come to an end :) im enjoying the last few days of christmas vacation before going back to work on monday. im ready , i missed those kids. :)

welcome my mom to pleo. she is mehsmom. she is new to the site but wanted to give it a try,

it seems this year has jsut flown by.... there have been good times and bad. but over all a pretty good year. I came home on monday and am enjoying the holidays with my parents. we have been cooking and cleaning , and getting ready for x-mas. weare having a lady from church over, she is a widow and we wanted to have her come and eat. i m sure much fun will be had while she is here.

im ready for next year in some ways. but in someways not. im not looking forward to the thought of surgery, it will take place some time in feb. if it doesnt get better. so we will see. i will be 27 next year. this seems a little scary becuase it is close to 30. but i must take one year at a time. well got to run, church tonight, then out to look at christmas lights. merry christmas to all

well i went to the orthapedic dr today. for a follow up exam, long story short, the brusing has came back, with a knot on the knee cap. so the dr said that the fix for this problem, is cortizone, but since i am diabetic, he cant do that , so the diagnosis is patella bursitus. (means the brusa in my knee cap is swollen , and if the brusing and swelling doesnt go down, i will have to have surgery. he is giving it a month, so we will see what happens/. if i have it done, it will be a two week recovery in a brace, and kept strait for healing., this is the same knee i had surgery on before.

we are praying that surgery will not be needed and it will get better on its own.

wow this year has just flown by! but it always does. i cant believe that christmas is only two weeks away. im almost done with my shopping, just a few more items to get.

our last day of school before christmas, is december the 19th. so i will be off from FCA for about two weeks, which will be nice, but i will have to work at lapetite some, which will help greatly.

im heading to the big O tommorow am. my knee is still swelling and bruised so im going back to the dr tommorow. gotta run hope every one has a great day,

november is certanily here up on us with a cold snap... i cant believe how cold it is todya. I am here in the big O for the thanksgiving dinner at the adams village, the membrs of southside where my perents go, does this each year, so it will be a good time, just a very cold night.

the work week next week will be very short. THe school is closed from wed- sunday, and i will be off from lapetite from thursday on . so it will b a nice long break and will be nice to be here in the big o for a few days.

my grandfather went home from the nursing home yesterday, and seems to be doing well. grandma will be going home on tuesdy, andshe is really looking forward to it. although were not sure she is ready , so will see,. well got to go get ready for tonight
