"Behold, children are a heritage from the Lord.... like arrows in the hand of a warrior are children born in one's youth. Blessed is the man whose quiver is full of them." Ps. 127:3
This Thanksgiving our family has something extra to be thankful for!
Lord willing, Mark and I will be blessed with our second little arrow on or around July 4, 2009!!
We covet prayers for the health of this precious sweet pea and for Momma.
Hope everyone has a WONDERFUL Thanksgiving. God is so good!
Congratulations! I'm warning you, though, the second pregnancy seems to go much faster. As much as I want to see Daniel, he may just get here before anything is ready!
awe so precious!! matt is in disbelief that she is old enough to be walking!! I've held out on the christmas music this year...i know shocker! I'm into the fall colors and smells at the moment but you better believe thanksgiving weekend the tree will be up and christmas will be playing!!
OK...I just watched the videos...can't even believe she is walking! Tell Loren Aunt Audrey is very proud of her :) Maybe she'll be able to walk down the aisle after all ;-)
It's okay...I figured that may have been the case. I didn't want to call and make you feel bad about it, so I just assumed we would have heard from you if something had happened. Are we still on for Friday?
Don't feel pressured to squeeze us in. We've actually eaten out more than expected this month anyway. We're game for meeting up, but we're totally fine if you want to try another time...it's totally up to you guys. I just don't want ya'll to add extra stress to your day by feeling like you have to meet up with us.
Well we've FINALLY recovered from not only the birthday party, but also the NASTY colds Loren and I both got. Loren and I JUST started feeling better last Thursday/Friday... it lasted WAY too long.
But, thankfully we got to feeling better just in time for the gorgeous weather! Last week Loren and I went to the park several times, and on Friday, Dad decided to meet us on his lunch break. Loren Grace was SUPER excited to see her Dad, and even more excited to see him at the park.
Here are a few pictures of the two of them. I posted the video so you could hear her say "wee!" as they were swinging. :)
She was saying "hi" to all the kids at the park in this picture. She didn't understand why all the big kids didn't want to play with her.
Yeah, we're up to 3 teeth now. She has two more (including her other front top one) that are literally right on the verge of breaking through ... and it's the week of our gospel meeting. Makes for some rough days and evenings!
Thanks for your facebook message. It is even so much harder for your mom (and dad) to leave with 2 babies. Ava is still asking where Nanna and Pops are. :( We are making it ok, though. Corbin's a sweet baby, and much more laid back than Ava was at this point!
Hey Jenn! Miss you guys so much! Everything is going great up here & its so good to see everyone! I missed them a lot. What have you been up to lately??
I love how when she laughs, her whole body laughs with her! Looks like a fun party - i just noticed yesterday how her hair has come in and how red it is! I know y'all enjoyed having family to help celebrate.
Your party was beautiful! I love the cake! And so sweet to see all the family with her! The year has flown by! And what a treasure you have to show for it!
What a special day!!! She is so adorable!!! Hope to meet her one day. I love the decorations over the table. Where did you find those? I already have Tyler's bday planned out. I love the little duck sandwiches too! Where did you get those?
She is adorable! Matt and I love to look at pictures of her! He always says that he can tell she has the best personality!!! I love her smile! I can almost hear her laugh through the pictures!
SO glad you keep us all updated with Loren and the family through here :) I love looking at all her pictures and seeing her grow up! It's a real treat seeing you guys at church too! FC was AMAZING Jenn!! Saw a 'Qualls' sign and 'Hinely' on campus! That was really fun. I can see why you guys love it!! Something that would make a student blessed to be there would be having a schedule that is centered around God and learning more about Him as their number one priority. I'm going to miss you tons the next month! -- P.S. it was great having you & Mark's family come visit! :)
