That's really funny. I've missed my friend Nathans b-day for 2 years in a row now because I keep thinking its on Nov. 24th. It's not it's on the 1st. Now I know why I kept messing it up :) Happy Birthday!
And now she's not contagious! I felt so bad knowing that Arianna was contagious the day she started running a fever, which was Sunday evening. I had to call all her Bible classmates' moms.
We took Sabriel to the doctor today, she's had a high fever since Monday, and just hasn't been herself. She doesn't have any other symptoms other than the fever, so it might just be a virus. I'm hoping. If she isn't better by Friday, I'll have to take her back for a blood and urine test. Both are not pleasant experiences so I'm praying it doesn't come to that.
Her pediatrician thinks it might be roseola (causes high fever for a few days, then a rash all over the body) we'll know if she breaks out before the end of the week. It sounds bad, but I guess it's pretty common in infants/toddlers and isn't very serious as long as the fever is kept under control. I just want her to be well soon, I hate seeing her be uncomfortable!
Arianna had roseola when she was about six months old. That's EXACTLY what happened with her. Once she broke out, she wasn't as miserable anymore. I hope that's what's wrong with Sabriel!
