I'm glad to be here in my hometown! We were able to visit services last night with Laurie, her hubby, & precious kiddos & eat some delicious chili at their house. It's true-"time flies when you're havin' fun". It was 11:00 PM before we realized it & we still had another 45 min to go before getting to my parents' house. The kids played so well & had a BLAST as was very evident from their noise level. ;-) It's always good to visit with those who you love dearly, but don't get to see often enough! I have some wonderfully fun memories with Laurie & it's good to catch up & have our kids together, too.
I hope everyone has a wonderful Thanksgiving & nice little break from school/work. I plan to have a great visit & come home with a new haircut/color!!! YAY!!! It's long overdue.
Aw, I'm jealous! It's been too long since we've seen Laurie and Aaron! BTW, I know I owe you a response or two...I'll try to come back and do that tomorrow. :-)
A couple of weeks ago we got the kids fall pictures updated (I have a wall in my living room with frames of the kids' fall photos from a few years ago). I'm so glad we were able to do it because now the leaves are actually falling off the trees. I think we got some good ones. We even had Ally take some of me & Mitch this time.
YAY! Now I know I'm not completely crazy!:-) Are those made in your yard? The color of that tree is amazing! BTW, at least you know how to upload pics! I have NO clue!:-)
Your family is BEAUTIFUL!!! Who knew all those years ago that we would have SO many kids? :) I'd love to see you all at Thanksgiving if possible. We are really low-key about our plans, so I could come to your mom's if you needed me to.
Oh, and Melia looks far too old! When you figure out what to do about that, let me know...my Natalie is growing like a weed too. :)
That would be great if you could come to Hanceville! You could either come to our house or we could go out afterward. The only reason you might not want to come to our house is that we are about 25 min. north of Hanceville and I know that would be backtracking for you.
Hey! Good to hear from you. Yes, I remember you. And you're right, Niagara-On-The-Lake is great. One of the few regrets of our recent trip to Ontario is that we didn't make it over there this time. But, hey, we've got free lodging available whenever we decide to return.

I haven't quite figured this blogging stuff out, but I am trying. I do not know where to place a new subject comment so I will do it here. I just found out about this Wed. and when I first came to the site the first name I saw was Kennon. When I check his friends I realized he and his sister were on here and that he created this site. Vanessa used to play with him and his sister when we lived in Houston! I could not believe it.
Hopefully in future years, I will have more and more volunteers so that I can fellowship more and meet all of the NEW people. Thanks sooooo much for coming. I'm glad to hear you had an uplifting weekend - remember to tell your family and friends, and maybe next year we will hit 1000
