So we celebrated Thanksgiving on Friday instead of Thursday. We went over to my grandparents house, and had about 15 people. AHHHHH we have so much food left over. Jean made my fav. pie oooooo I had about 2 slices, and then ran around the neighborhood.
Well the highlight of that was after every one ate I got to have my first driving lesson. Dad and I were going to go to the church's parking lot but he River Oaks Community Center had a wider parking lot.
I was so nervous I was laughing. I have no clue what was so funny I just didn't know what else to do.
First I went around in squares .well it was more like rectangles and I had to work on making the car straight after the turns and not jerking around. Tat was okay.
Dad got mad when I let go of the wheel because I was scared of a sharp turn. Yet the car still went straight. Well that could be because we went about 3 mph.
Working the brakes was next. Wow I jerked us around a little.(okay a lot)
Then we worked on parking, also meaning getting the car straight in line. OH plus that meant backing up. ya I got so nervous I forgot about he brakes and was about 15 feet form the back of the building oops.
It was pretty fun for me maybe not as much for my dad. the highest speed was about 11 mph. Now I thought that was supper fast. I have a lot more practice to do.
Nope, I never ran into anything. I did fail my driving test the first time. I missed a stop sign they put behind a bush. Yes, we went to Indiana last week.
My partner and I had theatre competition last night at 5-11 pm. We got home extremely late on the bus about 12:30 am.My partner and I did the following scene "DALMATIAN" for duo, and duet. there were aslo other events like debate...
Duo you don't look at each other but you are beside each other, and not allowed to move . wow we were horrible she forgot her lines, and so that led us to skip a few sections and then towards the end we both started crying because we knew that we were so bad.
Duet is when you act and are able to walk around and look at each other. That went so much better we forgot some of the lines but we improvised it since we were able to look at each other it was easier for my partner.
ya as you can imagine we never made it past the first round it was dumb. well the most of the other people form our school made it to the first and secound round out of three. So Austin, Lauren, Jackie(partner) and I just went around the huge school,and sas we went up stairs ,and we saw theses phamlets that were about all that good stuff you learn in health yeah it was kinda funny we were all reading them in weird voices. Oh ya then I was like hey Jackie do you want to go to the boys bathroom so she stped one foot in it and I went all the way in then Austin pushed me further in it was funny.
OH ya there were many debaters at the competition ,and they were mostly chinese OH YA !!!!!! I was yelling oh I belong here yes asians yes!!!My friend Austin was like man I don't feel like I belong here, I'm gonna get jumped. So then he goes later on hey go get some asians #, and I just laughed and said no. lol
Well first he started it. First he threw hay at me, while I was talking to my amiga Abbie.So I took his keys out of his pocket, and ran to the front of the building , but he could still me.Well he was engaged in another conversation, so he didn't chase after them. After he was done he mouths give them back. So I held them out in the air. beside me and gave him the ya right look.Then he came up and said "give them" so I gave them to him. Then I said "man I could have done something but I'm not that mean". His response is " what drive off with my car?", and I said "no like make you hug me to get them back'.
Then he says I've never hugged you, and I said ya you loser, so he started telling me when you hug someone. Such as out of natural instinct,gifts, if you haven't seen them in long time... then he mumbled something and laughed.
That caught me off guard so I asked what did you say then he started to walk off . I said wait what did you say, Mark ? By the time he made it out side I was yelling "Mark Godfrey what did you say!" , so i think his parents heard me. Well he tell me, but I forgot what he said.
Well we reached the parking lot. During that we walked though a puddle in the parking lot. So I screeched out "wow that is cold you could have told me there was a puddle".His response is "ya I got it all in my shoes."
Then I said "oh well I'm gonna walk you to you car."he said "oh like a date". I took that so offensive i was like no I never said i was your date". Don't you have a date? so he says oh ya and he starts laughing then we kept on talking then he says "okay I'll hug you ."
Funny how it took him that long to figure out that I wanted a hug. Silly Boys lol

(HOMECOMING)My 15th b-day was on a Sunday, the 19 of October. Well I guess could say that the fun started on Friday night. Friday night was Homecoming, so I ended up going with my friend Justin M. Well when I saw him he was holding this huge mum. I felt that i didn't deserve one so I told him that I would buy him dinner( a hot dog) Well we had fun I got introduced to his amigos, and tripped over my mum lol. Well alter that night my family and I had to leave early, because my friends were coming up from Bastrop.
(BASTROP PEPS)Right when we I saw my casa I saw their car. Oh I jumped out of the car and hugged them all. We went up stairs and told all of our stories(boy drama) it was so much fun. The next day we went to my dad's chili cook off in Grapevine. while he was there we went shopping at the BIG MALL. We walked around the whole store. We took a break bought some french fries, and smoothies sat and ate, and ooo and ahhed over what we bought. Then went back to shop. Met the parents and went back home.
(SUNDAY) Well they live south so they were freezing when they woke up, so they wore their jackets to church. I thought it was funny, well they met Jeremiah and Mark. See how our class goes.Right after services we all went out side and were acting crazy, sing random songs and laughing our heads off. At my grandparents house we ate and ate. oooooo chocolate pie, cheese cake, ham, and of course green bean casserole. I opened my presents I got this awesome card form Hayden that sang to me, a drivers ed book, money (lots), and a new bright blue camera.
By the way, kiddo. I'm sorry we haven't gotten you a present yet! I'm not sure when we'll be going to a place that has something "Kahley-ish" next, but when we do, I'll have my eyes open. :-)
