so, rosemary slept through the night! hurray! that's twice in one week. she's also grabbing toys that are in her reach.
maia started waving! neato! she's so excited to wave. and trying real hard to clap. and pulling up on lots of stuff. it's really cool to see her develop, i feel more in tune with her now.
It sounds like Maia has made the adjustment beautifully!! I'm sure it has something to do with how awesome you and Jesse are! ;-0 Glad your girls are doing so well!
Looks like Maia is going to turn 1 very soon! I bet you are all excited to throw her a birthday party!! How exciting that you get to spend that one year milestone with her...and so many more to come. You have a beautiful family!
the date was fun! we had mexican food and watched Twilight.. I loved it! Jay thought it was okay, but he hasn't read the books, so he just didn't get what I loved so much about it :-) It's a must see if you've read the books! You and Jesse need a date night! Four kids wears you out... RIGHT?!?! :-)

They were great - I can't believe how much Avery sounds like Elias. He would talk in the back seat, and I would have to turn around to see which kid it was.
They didn't give me a sticker when I voted. Who held the babies when you went to vote? Jonathan took last Friday off (party prep and to early vote) so we swapped places in the car as we each went and voted.
I saw you voting! You were just ahead of me in line, but I never could get your attention. (Hated to scream out in the voting room). Saw that Jerry Johnson was in there too!
today anyway! last two nights have been super-duper. yesterday was CRAZY! but today was like we've been doin this all along... i'm keeping my fingers crossed.
jesse was holding both girls in the recliner and they noticed each other for the first time! they looked and looked and smiled at each other! but i didn't get a picture. maia has already figured out to look at the camera. no, no don't look at me! look at rosemary and smile! whatever.
maia went bible class all by herself last night. her teachers said that two other babies reached over to touch her hand and she looked at them like, "do NOT touch the princess." she's a diva!
That interview was just to turn in the I-600. If we turned it in to Kingston, we had to do it in person, but it would take less time to process. We could have turned it in to San Antonio but it would have taken 3x as long to process, and we were going to Jamaica anyway so we decided to turn it in there. So to clarify, our I-600 is NOT approved yet.
Now we wait for them to approve it and we go back for the final interview.
