I hate to brag on myself (no I don't), but one of my videos just got featured on the FRONT PAGE of Viddler.com. In fact, it is THE Featured Video for November 17th!! How cool is that?!?!?!
So, for your viewing pleasure, here is the video...
(Keep in mind that this video was created as part of the "National Novel Writing Month" group on Viddler. I finally got caught up with the daily word count, and this was my celebration video!)
And for those of you who don't give a flip about Texas Tech, here's another post for your reading pleasure . . .
So it turns out that I hate the scroll wheel! You know, the "handy" little wheel on your mouse that lets you scroll up and down within web pages, documents, etc. (It also zooms in and out on Google maps and World of Warcraft). Anyways, maybe it's just me, but I've had the worst luck with scroll wheels. They always seem to break. I have a mouse made by Microsoft and one made by Apple, and the scroll wheels on both of them are rubbish!
Is is really that difficult to get these things to work properly? After all, it's a WHEEL! Mankind has been working on wheels for quite a while now. Surely it shouldn't be too difficult to create one that turns both directions.
I move that Bill Gates and Steve Jobs get together and create a Scroll Wheel Advisory Board. They've spent so much time improving OS X and "improving" Windows that they've left my scroll wheels out of the picture.
The game was awesome, the seats were awesome, the defense was awesome, Graham was awesome, Crabtree was awesome, Batch was awesome, E-Mo was awesome, Duncan was awesome, McBath was awesome . . . we had a night full of awesome. Norman, here we come!
Well, my Mac mouse actually has a scroll ball in it, and for the two days that it worked, it was AMAZING!! But now it's only fully functional about 5% of the time.
oh no! i hate to do this now that you guys csan finally come, but chris and i have come down with a virus that makes you feel like you have the flu so would yall be able to make it NEXt friday instead?
