We took Hailey trick-or-treating for the first time this year and she loved it! Really, the girl will do anything for candy so she was all about this holiday. Here's my Cinderella princess with her pumpkin baby sister.
We went to Killeen this past weekend for my sister and Baby Rylie's shower. It was so much fun....Allyson and I definitely need to live closer to each other. :( We took the kids to Halloween party Sat. night too. They have so much fun together. See her blog for more pictures.

I LOVED the movie! And I really enjoyed my date... Los Cucos and a movie... pretty good huh? I can't wait until it comes out on DVD and when they start making the others... I was sad that it was over, I wanted it to go directly into new moon, then eclipse then breaking dawn!!!
We had such a great time in Houston this weekend….not to mention the weather was beautiful!
Friday morning I went to Anna Bradley’s bridal brunch and got to catch up with lots of old friends (one I hadn’t seen since high school) and meet some new faces. Most of us girls have known each other since we were two, so it was nice to spend time with them.
Then, Friday afternoon I went to hang out with Krista for awhile and meet her sweet new triplets. She is so calm and relaxed for having 4 kids under the age of 2! I truly admire you! It was really great to spend time with her too. And Hailey and Johnny had fun running around together too.
Friday night, we went to Anna & Matt’s wedding…which was gorgeous and so much fun. They had a hilarious slideshow and a photo booth to take pictures in too. Here’s one of me & the beautiful bride:

Kate spent most of the evening sleeping. Such a sweet baby.
Saturday we went to the pumpkin patch with Allyson, Bryan & Ayden. It was really more like a mini fair instead of a pumpkin patch. The kids had a blast playing in the pumpkins and petting some goats. They also had one of those big inflatable slides that the kids went down. Hailey & Ayden looked so big going up & down the slide by themselves. It was a lot of fun. Hope everyone else had a good weekend also!

I love that pumpkin patch... I wish they would still be open at Thanksgiving! Looks like you guys had a fun weekend and you are right, they are doing a great job!

It’s been a busy and wonderful week at our house! We are loving being back at home with two kids and electricity! There’s nothing quite like your own bed after being away for a week and spending a couple nights in the hospital. We got to see Allyson last weekend and my parents are here for a few days now. It has been really nice to spend time with all of them.
Kate is so sweet…and such a good baby! She has already put herself on a schedule of eating every 3 hours and even sleeps 4+ hour stretches at night. Hailey would eat every 2 hours or more frequently when she was a baby and was never on a schedule…so I am thankful that Katelyn may be my laid back child. Hailey is such a sweet big sister. She wants to love on Kate and hold her all the time. Here are some pictures we have taken this week.
And this is what else we’ve been doing this week…. We’ve been trying off and on to potty train Hailey for a few months now without much luck. So, we haven’t really pushed the issue b/c we felt like she would get trained when she was ready. Well, this is the week Hailey decided she was ready! She has done so well too, so hopefully that will continue. We even let her wear big girl panties to church last night without any accidents! Hailey will probably kill me for posting this when she’s older, but I thought it was cute. :)
what precious pictures! Isn't it SO MUCH FUN to have TWO girls?!?!?! Makenzie & Annie both have on that pink dress Hailey is wearing. I think they've outgrown them though.... I think Kate looks more like a Sparks than Hailey did! Glad things are going so well!
Ahhh, she is so pretty! Sweet little girls. We are trying to potty train Faith right now, we are just kind of doing it when we are at home for the day. What a big thing!!! Potty trained!
those pics do remind me of you and me..that's sweet:) i got mail for you and grandma the other day..weird..it was just junk..but still weird..haha! sherry is throwing me a shower...maybe y'all can come visit:) i miss you guys! give my neices a big hug for me! i need to call you sometime!

6lbs 15 ¼ oz and 19 ½ in.
I went in to be induced Thurs. morning and we had a baby about 7 hours after my doctor broke my water. It was a really smooth labor and delivery (I only had to push for maybe 5 minutes)…so thank you everyone for your prayers for that. It was also great to deliver where I work, because all my friends pampered me the whole time! Katelyn is so beautiful and seems to be such a good natured baby too. Some times we think she looks a lot like Hailey, but others we aren’t sure who she looks like. She was a little jaundiced yesterday, so she spent most of the day under the bili lights. It was so hard not getting to hold her all day! But, of course we are just happy that she is healthy. She was doing much better today and we got to come home around noon today. Daryl is really outnumbered now (even our dog is a girl)…but I don’t think he minds one bit. :)
Hailey LOVES Kate so much! She wants to kiss her and hold her and love on her all the time. It is so sweet! Hailey has even told her that she’s going to share her toys with her when we got home. Hailey was so excited Thurs. morning she woke up at 4:00 am telling me that she was going to have a baby brother or sister today. It was really sweet.

How neat - the same birthday! She is BEAUTIFUL! Her eyes are so big and bright. That is for sureone of the very prettiest newborns ever!! Congratulations!

She is so pretty. Saw more pictures on Facebook! Saw Aaron yesterday, he told us about the moving of all the frozen meals from one freezer to another! Glad your new little girl is safely here and home with you!
awww...our neice! So precious! She doesn't look anything like Hailey to me in these pictures!!! She is a doll! Can't wait to get our hands on her! (I think I'll call her Katie - it goes with MakenzIE, AnnIE and HailEY...lol) We love y'all & are so happy to have another sparks girl!!!
