Kim, Jax and I had a great Thanksgiving in Bama. I posted pictures etc on our blog. You may see it here. Just so this post won't look so bare, here is a pic of Jax. Notice the little teeth. What a grin!
DUDE!, that is so cool. I love that song. I remember you talking about doing something like that a whole back. I'm honored. Jax is too. (although he may not know it yet)
I stared at the Ballot with my pen over McCain's name.
I couldn't do it.
The main reason I considered NOT voting for Baldwin is because it is such a long shot.
However, tonight...I will sleep, and I am OK with that.
May God watch over us and keep us safe in our homeland. If, however, the laws of this land continue to oppress God's people, I pray they strengthen their hearts to take it, and never allow their faith in God and His word to be shaken.
I did the same and feel so good right now. I voted on my principles and was determined to feel content no matter what the outcome. I am hopeful for our future!
I think it's extremely important to be a man of principle. A wasted vote is one towards someone you don't really believe in. It disturbed me to hear so many Christians talking about choosing the lesser of two evils when other options exist.
Exactly, Aaron. I have to admit, I was caught up in the "lesser of two evils" garbage because I didn't want to "waste my vote." Then I realized that voting against my convictions was just that...a waste.
