Via the computer, I get to share of life and thoughts with others all across the country. I am so reminded of Jesus' words about not only having this world (beautiful), but the world to come. Note to self 06-27-08 06:06pm EST I firmly believe in the mind/body connection. I must listen to my body when I go all out and it tells me to rest. I was teaching the later part of Exodus recently and God gives explicit instructions about resting at least one day a week!!! Of course, God emphasizes work (which I like) but there is a catch!!! silly_nickel Haha, today was my first day of work, and I am in strong agreement with you on the whole resting thing. I am so glad to be off my feet, it's not even funny.  silly_nickel Lol I have a couple more shifts next week and I plan on investing in some more comfortable shoes before that day comes.  silly_nickel Hahaha, I think the Kenyans have a lifetime of poverty and lack of shoes to thank for their tough-footedness.
