I guess that's a little more exciting than losing your wallet. So I thought I would update you all! He's a beautiful baby. He was born on Sunday, October 26th at 6:32pm. He was 6lbs 15 oz (HUGE compared to the other two!!) He sleeps, eats, and poops well. (what else could I ask for?) Malachi and Caitlyn just adore him and love to sit and hold him. They also "play" with him by piling toys all over his bouncy seat for him to look at. It's too cute to see them all together. Here are a few pictures for now....
The kids' favorite time of day...when they all get to pile into Malachi's bed and pray with Daddy before going to bed.
Bub and Josiah watching a movie together.
Welcome to the newest addition of the Guyer family!!
With eyes wide open!
"Playing" trains with Bub and Sis. |

So I lost my wallet somehow yesterday. What was in it?? Well, not much other than my license and social security card. Okay, so that is a little much. Thankfully I have bad enough credit that if anyone tries to do anything with my identification, they will be sadly disappointed.
What am I most upset about losing?? All of my giftcards. I am a gift card freak! If I have a prescription, I will NOT fill it unless I have one of those "free gift card with any new or used prescriptions coupons". Thus I have a LOT of gift cards. PLUS I use those gift cards to earn extra care bucks at CVS, which I have (OR HAD!) a ton of. So there was no cash, but a LOT of money in gift cards.
GRRRR......To whoever finds my wallet- Please keep the social security card and just return my gift cards!! |

Last night, Derek and I decided to have a "Family Night". So, when it was bed time, we let the kids sleep with us in our bed. They loved it! There was lots of talking and squirming for a very long time. But it was so nice to cuddle with my most precious blessings. After a little while, Daddy fell asleep. (Poor guy works all hours of the day and night, so we just let him sleep). The next one to go was Sis. She was playing with my hair and then finally fell asleep with my hair wrapped around her chubby little fingers. Next, was Bub. He giggled with me for a while but then slowly let more and more time lapse in between laughs. Then it was silent, except for the sleepy breathing of my dear family. It was the best sound ever. I began thinking that it would be so nice if this were my own little "Blessing Island" that I was stranded on. It would be so nice if we never had to get up out of bed again and could just stay together and laugh, play, and sleep together. But I know God has plans for us to do certain work here on earth. So I'm happy to be busy working for Him. But I have to praise Him for nights like last night. For chubby little fingers in my hair. For tiny knobby knees in my back. For squishy little arms wrapped around my neck. For my beautiful children and my absolutely amazing husband. With tears in my eyes I say, Thank you, Lord. |

1. I am a bargain shopper. I love to get things for free or for very cheap. I will spend $5 on gas in order to save 50 cents by checking the price at 3 different stores.
2. I love getting mail. It could be a piece of paper drawn on by a monkey. I don't care. There's just something exciting about getting a real piece of mail in the mailbox.
3. I used to play the clarinet in marching band. I was a HUGE band nerd. I even was a drummajor my senior year (thats the conductor for all of you non-band nerd folks)
4. I am about to pop with my third child. My other three were 3 weeks early but this one sounds like he wants to beat that record. If I had him right now, it would be 5 weeks early.
5. I love to ride horses. Even though I haven't been on one for about 2 years now (maybe even since before Chi was born...). I love love to just get on a horse and ride by myself. And fall weather is the perfect time to do that.....
6. Speaking of fall...Fall is my absolute favorite time of year.
7. I hate being dressed in anything besides sweat pants and sweat shirts.
8. (Glad this is #8 because these are starting to get lame...) I get very anxious and panicky whenever I'm in a movie theater. |

Derek and I are really excited about Fireproof, the movie.
We’ve taken the hits in our own marriage and know how important it is to fireproof your marriage. We think this movie can do tremendous amounts of good to raise awareness for the problems happening within the home today.
As a result, we’re offering a pair of tickets to one lucky winner for this weekend’s showing of Fireproof in the theaters. If you’d like to enter your name in the hat and win two tickets for you and your spouse or even for a hurting couple you might know, go to our site and read about how to enter your name!
