well my job at special programs has basically taken over my life. im working 1-10pm this whole week and last week was random hours. Its a lot of hard work, carrying stuff, on my feet all day but for free room and board + pay i cant complain too much. Cant wait to get paid on friday! Working the night shift isn't too bad cuz most of the work is already done.. things are good though. its going to be a great summer!
One month from now I will be done with papers, done with speeches, finals, and my first year of college.
it has flown by so fast! Its been a great year. Its cram time. I have so many tests and papers and research projects due in the next few weeks, idk how im ever going to pull it off.
I applied for a summer job on campus, they provide housing and food so i hope i get it. I'd get to stay here for the summer, work 40 hours a week and spend the remainder of my time with Nathan. I find out the end of this week if thats going to happen.
Its been soo warm here, its great. This weekend Nathan and I went to Newport Beach on saturday for our 6 month anniversary. It was an awesome day, full of fun and surprises. Everythings going great. He's looking for a new job, hopefully finds something local and good.
College is great. Im excited about my schedule next fall, it looks to be A LOT better than this semester. my classes this semester are okay, but the timing of all of them is so random and weird, i'm happy to be done with this semester.
Very fun! Reminds me of Grays Harbor College near here. Their mascot is a tool that is used in the logging industry - called a "choker"! That's right, "We are the chokers!"???? :-) Not very inspiring...
well im not sure if anyone actually still reads these, but its fun for me to post and then go back and look at everything from the past few years and how everything's changed.
I went to Kansas over winter break with Nathan and i had a blast. i LOVED the cold weather and all the snow, it was so pretty back there too. definitely a new experience and i'd love to go back again sometime. We spent new years back there with his mom and friends. i would post pictures, but that takes too long & i dont feel like messing with all that right now.
tomorrow back to school and work and everything. I work at the Public Relations office and the bookstore. The PR office just moved downstairs to a new floor so we have a brand new (just built) office and i have my own desk and stuff. its awesome :)
this semester (one week in) has been pretty good, im somehow managing 18 units + studying, 18 hours of work, a boyfriend (which everyone knows is time consuming, but in a good way!! :)), and all the campus ministries and church stuff. its been great! thanks to God for my organizational skills!! haha.
break was great and im looking forward to spring break and hopefully a campus ministries christian retreat :)

Hi. I know Josh and Kati from when they lived in Port Townsend. For some reason today I happen to think of them and wondered if they were on pleo. What better way to find them than to search for "Jaxon". You can do a search if you are gold member. (I think Kati was pregnant with him when she moved away.) You had mentioned him in an earlier post. I looked quickly through your friend's list to see if I might recognize them. I do not see it yet. Can you tell me if they are on pleo? If not, how are they doing? Thanks.
Yes, by coincidence, I was on an extended business trip in the area and attended at dublin when J&K moved down there to begin preaching. I will see if I can find him on facebook.

Nathan's coming to visit again, and this time i know about it lol. Im picking him up from the airport on monday the 17th, it should be fun. Im so excited for christmas and new years.
