Just wanted to let you know that you can view a selection of scenic photos (including fall) by going to this site:
http://gallery.me.com/skipaq#100108
There is a link to the left that you can click to get there.
You can click on any photo to enlarge. And you can use the arrow buttons to flip thru the photos once they are enlarged.
You can also click the My Albums button to go to the collection of Albums. Be warned that there are some 294 photos; but you only have to click on the Album you want to see.
We arrived in Maine on the 5th and have set up house in our rental. We have three bedrooms so if you are up this way just give us a call. Like last year our cell phones don't get a signal unless we can find a sweet spot.
I did email our new address and local phone number to some folks. I will send along this info to my emailing list. We had some problems with our phone line here; but they fixed it this morning. Hopefully, the on and off phone and internet service will stay on.
It was great to see our kids and grandkids again. We spent two days in Tyngsboro, MA on our way up. Andrew is about 5'6" tall and will be 14 years old in December. Hard to believe.
I am working on my photo files and will try to get something posted in the next few weeks. I will likely just post a link to our online family website.
We just want to let you know that we will be traveling next week. We should be out of internet contact for about five days. We expect to arrive at our rental on Friday the 5th of September in the evening. We are happy to once again be able to work with brethren in Down East Maine. Come see us if you can.
We arrived at our home in Florida last Tuesday morning. We pushed it on Monday so that we would have more time to get settled. It has been a little warm for me as the days are in the mid to high eighties. We left Massachusetts with temps in the twenties and thirties. We just got back online yesterday. It is always fun to catch up on email and news.
We have a lot of decisions to make this winter so we appreciate the prayers.
We missed you again! I arrived here in MA on Monday to be with Brian for a few weeks. I am sure that God will be with you as you make whatever decisions you need to make. Are you going to be working there again?
We still have our part time Disney jobs. We are both looking for something better. Sorry we missed you by a day or two. Have fun with the yankees (northerners).
I will never forget when Carol turned "Fawtee" Wow I am getting way past that now!!! I remember thinking..."She looks good for someone so OLD!" HA! Where does the time go? Jessica is nearly the same age I was when I met you! :) Happy New Year OLD friends!!!!!! :)
We are doing well. Things have been busy at work because of holidays and spring breaks. My dad has been ill with some sort of infection that has given him ear and head aches. He is starting to feel a little better.
We are waiting to hear from a real estate office on the availability of homes for rent in Milbridge. We also have a few more weeks before we will be free to leave Florida. Right now it looks like sometime in June. I also need to start thinking about raising the needed support.
Sorry we didn't get with you before we lefr Florida. Our time with the kids was so short. It was wonderful seeing you again. Good luck on getting back to Maine. You are in our thoughts and prayers.
We will be leaving for Florida this weekend. We should be there on Tuesday. We will be out of online contact for a few weeks other than free WI-FI hotspots. Hope you all had a good Thanksgiving.
