If anyone knows of any Alabama High School Senior or Juniors interested in going to Florida College let me know. We are trying to invite them all to the Lake House on May 17th (Saturday) to talk with them about the potential of attending Florida College. We are going to have lunch, play on the jet skis, etc... and we will also have some representatives from the school. So, if you know anyone we'd love to invite them. This will be our second year doing this and we had a lot of fun last year. I'll see if I can figure out how to add a picture from last year. Anybody want to give me some pointers on this (aka Amy)?
Thanks for offering your expertise - if you lived here, I would have let you do all the work! :) That's funny about a minimalist decluttering - I emailed my mom the listing of the house that we are interested in buying. Her response was "those poor people don't have any belongings - they must be moving because they have too much house!" I finished my decluttering today and will take a day to do some serious cleaning. Then it goes on the market Tuesday. Wish us luck!
Well, got to write this quick because my son's in the bathtub and I am official bather tonight. So, my question is how can I keep up two blogs? I mean I love you all at pleonast but I've got other people that read blogspot and liz is on blogspot and she doesn't do pleonast. confused? yeah, so am I. i guess i could try and do two blogs, I mean who needs to sleep, right? I wish there were 48 hours in a day. I've got too much to do in 24 hours. Plus, I'm about to launch my uncle's chiropractor blog and then I'd have 3 blogs. Yeah, NO PROBLEM! So, we will see how it goes. By the way, how do you add friends? I need to do this. over and out.
You go to a persons blog and click on the"add to friends list" .....I have only been keeping this one going...just because it is so addictive...You can do it if you try....just post on one and then cut and paste it on the other. But I will tell you that this one is the better of the 2. LOL Love you.
I know others are pushing you to keep up with pleo, but I thought your first entry worked well since it allowed us to talk to you and it directed people to the blog that you keep up with. My cousin has done the same thing. If I were you, I would write an entry directing people to blogspot, and then add us as your friends on pleo so you would know when we have new entries (the name lights up when there's a new entry, and a dot next to the name means there is a new comment). That's my answer to your question. :)

Amy, Charles comes down if not every week then every other. I didn't know that you were not aware of this. We had his 70th Birthday tonight and he's doing really well. We surprised him and he just couldn't believe we pulled it off. I'll tell him that you and Clint want to come see him one of the next times he's in town. Love you!
Hey Mandy.... I'm so glad you have been 'encoraged' to join PLEO. You better put up a post within 6 days! This is not a warning... it is a threat! You have so many funny stories you can share. Everyone will be on a waiting list to be your friend!!!
By the way... thanks for your encouraging note! Maria and Anthony want me to move up to Birmingham if I don't find work down here. I guess I would enjoy it up there. At least you all have some cooler weather part of the year. Did you know my cousin April named their baby Jack also. He is really cute!
