My dad and I leave for Kenya today so please keep us in your prayers. We will be gone for 3 1/2 weeks so also keep my family in your prayers. I'll try to keep you all updated. Have a good one.
I just noticed that it has been over a year since my last post. Sorry bout that. I sort of giggle to myself as I sit here that I can't think of anything to write. Come on Marcus there must be something. My life is busy and full of things like most everyone else. I enjoy reading all the posts of people that I haven't seen in years and it brings back so many memories. I can see smiles and laughing when I'm reading and I do quite a bit of both of those things myself as I read. People have kids and jobs and are involved in all sorts of activities. It's great to read about all those things. Makes me happy! I'll write more later.
Thanks so much, Marcus!! Great to hear from you! I hope all is well for you all:) We'd love to hear about your boys and what's going on with you all. We'd love to see you...better yet:)
Well, how do you do, stranger? Good to hear from you. I read a lot more than I write as it seems that, so far, I struggle to come up with anything witty or interesting to write. Definitely good to hear from you though!
Hey Marcus! Good to hear from you! I'm still kind of new on pleo, learning my way around. Cute picture up there of you and your boys. Hope it's not another year before we hear from you again :)
hey marco! How are your boys? How are you? I finally had surgery on my knee on Friday the 15th, so it looks like I'm out of volleyball this season. I pray things are great with you.
Dad sent me an email with pictures from Saturday and told me the news. Mom called today to let us know as well. I am blown away! I'm very excited to hear the news. Do you have an address for him?
I'm moving right along with my study of Ezekiel, all the way to chapter 3. Here's another great quote from McGuiggan speaking of the message that Ezekiel was to bring to the people.
"Go with God's message. Improve on that if you can! Yes, but times have changed, you say. Is that so? Who changed them? Has the devil changed? Has sin changed? Is it less destructive now? Have man's needs changed? Are women really different than before? Has God changed? Or Christ? I don't wish to be simplistic or obscurantist, but I've not read or seen any reason at all to believe that the word of him who made man is a second solution to the woes of the world!" Fantastic! Have a good day!
hi! heather thornton as you would remember me? how and where are you? I'm in Athens, worshipping where Norm preaches. My husband, Rhett, and I have a 3-year old boy, Elijah, and a 2-yr old girl, Rebecca. We are livin' the life!! I'm also a huge LOST fan but who isn't
Happy 4th to Everyone in Pleoland! Here is an update of what I've been up to since my last exciting post. Working at BlueCotton, making pizza dough at Minit Mart, preaching at Roundhill, collecting cardboard to recycle, family reunion at the cabin in T-ville, fishing and catching squat, reading Infidel and various other books, working around the house which never ends, built a swing set, working on my patience, getting ready to have a 1st grader, mowing grass, and in general just enjoying life. It's good to read about so many of you. Keep up the good work. Later!!
Happy 4th to you too!! Hey, tell me about the swing set you built, will ya? What did you use? We do have one, but Forrest would love to build one too:)
Happy 4th to you! We just finished a visit with Norm and Barbara Jo. They came to visit with a group from Athens. Glad to know you guys are doing well. Sounds like your busy with life. Give Stash a hug for me.
Now that I think about it, maybe you didn't know who it was...Ken just said to call his number to find out who was calling from your past. You probably thought he was some crazy person! ;-)
