-still no job. this is getting rather frustrating.
-saw twilight, not my choice. it was terrible. sorry, bri. but it was like watching a teen soap opera, and i laughed the whole way through. the book was a little better.
-happy thanx! staying here, bc jl has to work and i'm still trying to find a job. missing my family, but i'm making our traditional carrot souffle and non-traditional duck gumbo to REPRESENT.
-finally getting used to the cold.

You know how I feel about that movie. BLAH! But, it was fun hanging out with you. Sorry I never got back to you about dinner when Mom and Dad were here. I was going to call you the next day (we had been waiting to hear from Jonathan as to when he would be in that Wednesday) and after we left the house, I realized I had never programmed your number into my phone. *sigh* We didn't get home until late that afternoon, and frankly, by then I had completely forgotten about it. =-) Couldn't have done dinner that night anyway, but I still felt bad about not calling or writing.
Hope we can get together sometime soon! Call me if you ever get bored. =-)
hello everyone. mama had her knee surgery yesterday, and everything is going really well. she even walked down the hall earlier with pt! i'm staying with her here in the hospital, so at least she has some company.
we're hoping she'll be able to check out of the hospital tomorrow morning, as long as they keep her pain managed. please keep praying for my mama!
it was nice. mom bought me some medieval kicks, which are totally awesome and make me feel very free. i think hippies would have done very well back in those days. there was also a fossil booth that sold straight nautilus shells and the like. it was interesting :)
yup, going to houston today. with my awesome boyfriend. leaving as soon as he calls me that he's off of work. it's a really short trip. we're coming back tomorrow. cause he's gotta work monday. but he's coming with me. which is awesome. just like him.
-i'm moving to arkansas for a few months until school starts to spend time with my awesome boyfriend.
-haven't gone yet because said awesome boyfriend is about to take his tests to get his masters, and i don't want to be distracting. i leave monday.
-going to be maid of honor in her wedding! very excited about that, and hoping i fulfill the duty with honor. making me a maid full of honor.
-my love of drawing has been resurrected. spend a lot of time doing that.
-babysitting 3 times this weekend. it's what i do.
I'm so extremely happy for you and the Arkansas thing. I'm also so extremely happy for ME that you are my MOH! You've already done a wonderful job! :-D
