Ouch: I fell up the stairs in the balcony of the gym today and smushed my porr 'ol finger. Had to get some ice, which I ended up eating. Completely counter productive.
Aww: Seth gave me a hug today that was super cute and he gave me some of his ice cream. All around cute.
Cool: Mrs. Criswell was the sub for newspaper class. I didn't talk to her very much, which was sad, but I still liked seeing her beautiful face.
Exciting: We get to go to the "Our Bodies" exhibit at the science museum tomorrow. Dead chinese cadavers! YES!
The play was great. Each night was flawless and the memories we all made were amazing. I've found myself wondering what to do on weeknights now that I'm not at school untill 9:30 every day. Our next production is Seven Brides for Seven Brothers. I don't believe I'm going to audition for a part, but that may be subject to change. I'd really love to be the student director or stage manager.
Grades are improving, as is my priority list. Recently I've found my grades to be not that high on the list and now thats changed. I'm a junior in high school and I figure I only have a year and a half left in school, so I better get my rear in gear.
The guidence counselor talked to me awhile ago about what I wanted to do after high school and for some odd reason, I couldn't get this silly idea out of my head the entire time...
Here's what I was thinking:
I want to be a florist. I want to get my business degree. I want to own my own store. What if I didn't go to college right out of high school and instead went to the floral design collage in Seattle for a year? Then afterwords, I enrolled somewhere here in Kansas.
Anyway, that's just what's been going thru my brain lately.
Lifes been good. Selling the house is slow. But we have a couple who's seriously interested in it. They live in Arkansas and have poodles. I'll be so glad when we move to Clearwater. It's taking forever! Any good ideas for room colors?
So, I've been dating a boy from my school for almost two months now. He's not a christian, but he has nice manners and is a gentleman. However, we've had to have several conversations about things like swearing and jokes and stuff like that. What I love most about him is that he's so willing to clean it up, and not only when he's around me but even when he's not. I've never been with anyone who's not of the same faith as me, and it's been an interesting experience.
Tonight is a babysitting night and tomorrow is church.
Time to relax (for the first time in two months)
