Jeannene mom is still in the hospital. I guess this was a pretty ruff surgury for her. Her blood preasure has been real low and she had a least one transfusion on Saturday. She thinks she had one yesterday but she is real woosey still. They will be sending her to a care facility for a while once she leaves the hospital.
I had a dream last night about going to Nana's house and eating breakfast. Her yummy bisquits with syrup like she used to make. Happen to have that recipe by chance? Seems like they were made with part wheat flour. But I could be wrong, I was still pretty young. If you leave mom a message she will call you back when she feels up to it. I know she has physical therapy around 1030 and then she naps for a while after that
He's decided to get another Civic Hybrid. He was thinking about getting a regular Civic but after spending $55.00 just to fill up his rental car, we think it's work the extra $ for a Hybrid.
pleonast always messes up web links...just copy/paste the link and then delete the space between the c and the 3 and you can see more pre-banquet shots. :)
Steve called me today to tell me he was in a TC. I asked, "What's a TC"? (I still don't have all that down yet) "A trafic collsion". His car was totaled by a hit and run driver. Steve's okay, but now our Honda Hybrid that had been paid in full is gone & well have to find a new car.
On another note, my brother, Chris just turned 56 on Feb. 19th. I found out from Mark that they had to move him to a nursing home. He has dementia, knee & foot problems, incontinence as well as other problems. I guess he has started wandering in the middle of the night. He has always been such a sweet soul. I miss him. I hope to visit him soon, before he doesn't know me any more.
I do appreciate that Mark & Kim have taken care of Chris for 8 years in their home with his increasing problems. They just couldn't take care of him any longer. His doctor thinks they will need to move him to another facility that is better equipted for his needs in the near future.
Poor Steve...and the poor guy that hit him. He has no idea what he's in for when Steve catches up with him. He'll probably confess to the car wreck, Kennedy's assasination and the disappearence of Jimmy Hoffa when Steve gets him!!
Tell Steve I'm so glad he is okay and I feel sorry for the guy if Steve ever finds him! =) I miss you guys! Are you going to come out for the wedding?? =)
I am glad to hear that uncle Steve is ok. Why do people have to be like that? They must have known what Steve was going to do to them. Uncle Chris, I miss him. Wow, eight years they have taken care of him, where has the time gone? It will be best for all of them in the long run. Love you!
