Hope everyone has a Happy Thanksgiving! May you be blessed with sharing it with loved ones. Tomorrow we head out to the Nashville area. Not only because it's the holiday, but cuz I have to return Isaiah to his parents. :( He has spent the past 10 days with me. I loved every minute..except when he set the fire alarm off at the library..that I could have done without!!

To those you aren't be thankful you don't have to ride in a vehicle with a 90 pound dog (and all of his things), all of Isaiah's luggage (which includes lots of toys and a tricycle), then our luggage for 6 hours..ha I'm not looking forward to it. It should be interesting. I foresee lots of stopping and stretching.

Josh and I, with some of my family, went to the Outer Banks. We all had a good time. We stayed in a house up in the four wheel drive area. We only got stuck a couple times. ha The house we rented was oceanfront. One day we saw dolphins..and almost every day we saw wild horses. The horses came right up to the house and grazed for a bit. Josh and I got to see one walking along the beach..that was neat. Duke loved running and playing in the ocean. He enjoyed all the attention everyone gave him..I think he hasn't quite adjusted back. Josh and I are just too boring for him. :) I love vacation time..especially at the beach.
Can't wait till next time..but now it's time to get ready for the holidays!
We went into the weekend having plans.. We had tickets to the race on Fri. and Sat. (no, I'm not a big race fan..but I do enjoy watching the pit crew :)) I opted to be lazy and just relax. I loved it..I loved snuggling up with Josh on the couch and watching tv. We are used to being busy all the time..it usually takes one of us not feeling good before we slow down and enjoy each other. We popped in a couple of dvds of Friends..that show is funny..it will never get old. We also caught up on some shows.
-There's Survivor..I like Matty..we'll have to see if he turns out to be a snake.
-90210..it's all kinds of drama.
-Lipstick Jungle..I'm really starting to like this show.
-Chuck..I don't really have an opinion about this one yet.
-Desperate House Wives..this show is amusing to me. The older lady is funny.
-The Hills..oh the Hollywood drama!
Can you tell that I'm the one that sets up the dvr..ha no sports..just chick shows!
I love Friends, and I'm really starting to like Chuck, it's cute. Glad you enjoyed your weekend. Hey, is there a size 7 asics sneaker in your guest room, I think I might have left it:)
I record Greys Anatomy, Brothers & Sisters, Desperate Housewives, House, The Office (I think is hilarious!), General Hospital (my guiltiest pleasure) and my newest show, Lipstick Jungle (I can thank Cristi for that)
I got the privilege to take Isaiah with me back to Illinois to visit my grandma. On the way back, we stopped in St. Louis. We saw a game..which they lost..we went to the zoo and the science center. Isaiah was such a joy to have..i miss him so!
Thanks, we might take you up on that. We'd probably come up on Saturday (mid-day) and stay a night if that's ok. We really want to see everyone at church. Let me know if that's ok with you and Josh, if not don't worry about. We look forward to seeing you guys!
