Psalm 19:14 Let the words of my mouth and the meditation of my heart ,be acceptable in Your sight,O Lord, my strength and my redeemer.
Everything is going well.I'm pretty dead right now because of how crazy things have been.I have managed to learn a thing or two in the process though.
Recently learned lessons:
-Don't eat cookie dough for breakfast.Oh, and adding mountain dew to that mix is really bad.Yuck.It was a good idea at the time.(not)
-Don't stay up until 2 or 3 in the morning for no good reason and then eat cookie dough for breakfast.
-Change and self-improvement tend to be a gradual things.Every day is important and every little step you take inthe right direction is important.Little things make up big change(I sound like a weight loss commercial).I tend to spend more time planning my actions than actually following though. One step at a time.Eventually things will look different.
-It's cliche, but, "Your circumstances don't determine who you are.The way you deal with your circumstances does."
-Don't make assumptions, especially with people(man, you'd think I would get this one by now). Also, don't assume that cookie dough is a good choice for breakfast.
-I want to be a history teacher.(Although I'm still majoring in design at the moment...)
-You tend to get dirty looks when you ask a guy where his girlfriend is.Typically when I ask, they have just broken up.Note to self:don't ask.
-Your thought process is directly correlated with your mood, your attitude, and your perspective
-I can get up within 20 minutes of my first class and be safe.
-When choosing between breakfast and looking presentable: I tend to choose breakfast :/
-My hair is curly.
-The more I learn about the Bible, the more I realize that the richest and happiest lives are those of people with a servant's heart.

I am coming home in a week!!!I am really beginning dislke the long treks back and forth, but it will so be worth it.
I will be home Wednesday through Sunday afternoon.:D It will be spent sleeping, working on my drawing projects, and finishing a monster of a paper.
I can't wait.
The whole winter break idea has never seemed so bitter sweet before. It will be sad not to have my college friends.
Anyway, I can't wait to see my family and my "homies" soon!
Have a fantastic week and don't eat cookie dough for breakfast.
Deep Thoughts by Megan Dvorak...you are so deep when you are tired!! :) I know the feeling! I can't wait to see you over Christmas. We will be up for a few days to eat some turkey next week, but won't be in town for services. Hope you have a great time with your fam!! Miss you
And don't forget that Mountain Dew is a staple at FC. Enjoy it now, because once you're past the FC years, it just doesn't hold the same joy, or the same "stay awake" powers it once had.
Glad to see that things are going well. And, yes, it's always bitter sweet to leave FC if even for a while. I want to cry every time I leave it even now (after short visits). :)
