That's a cool video! I love this song... it was used in the trailers for at least one (maybe more?) of the Lord of the Rings movies and I used to watch the trailers repeatedly just so I could hear the song. :)
Thanks for the compliment. Hannah loves my taco meat, too, but there isn't anything special about it. I just use Old El Paso Original seasoning mix and follow the directions. The only thing I do differently than others might is, I use the highest fat content of ground beef, where most people try to be healthier about it. The high fat content gives the meat a better texture, as well as more flavor, I think.
