...you would be correct. From afar, it looked as if the sign said 2$. I got up close and it said 7. I said forget it. There was no line so I asked the guy for a photo op and he said yes.

I arranged the pics in such a way to look like the ride but the one of me hanging on for dear life was just one pic in the process of me hoisting myself up on it. There were no stirups and it was higher than a natural hop. Plus, the ground was soft so there was no real footing.

That's my story and I am sticking to it. J


taxibyrd	I thought I was crazy!! HA HA. I looked at that thing twice, thought it's not moving but then I thought it was my computer acting up. Plus I thought the sign said $3.00 , time to get eyes yet maybe?

HAAAAAAA!! That was fun. 3 points if you can tell me what is odd about my ride. Crazy music. It's hard to choose.

I know what that bull is thinking... What is that plump rump doing on me?

I have so much to share and not even all that I want. But I will have to add it tomorrow becaue tonight I am tired. J

We are heading out today to Gatlinburg. We are meeting Ryan and his parents. (That's B's beau and fam.)

I had to put this back up because they are moving soon. It might be my last time or two. boohoo.

I took DK to the doc. They put her on meds and suggested a bland diet but not a must. She is not dehydrated and is eating but all is not right still. The doggy immodium is helping.

I am thankful she is willing to go out in the rain. Ray would not go out period We would drive him to the top of the driveway and put him out of the car. He would run all the way to the house no matter how bad he had to go. She'll go out and just shake it off. All we have to deal with is her sharp barking at the thunder.

Oh! We got a new fish.
The girls are calling him Sabastian because he is red like the lobster on Little Mermaid. Oddly, it feels silly to say, his personality is different from Mr. Winnie. A fish has a personality... what a riot.

textilet	On 11/14 and 11/15 we'll be having photos made at Caroline's school by a professional photographer. They are doing families, individuals, and including PETS! So, think about booking a sitting with us. It is $15 and you're guaranteed an 11X14 print. If you want to order more, including holiday cards, it is up to you. I'm so excited - we'll do a portrait of M, C and me for Kent's dorm room - won't he be thrilled!?!?!

DK Puking!

My booboo is sick. I tried transitioning her on new food as she was not impressed with the Biljac as before. I put 2 tbls. in her regular food. She ate several pellets out of the dish AROUND the biljac. Over the course of the day she ate a little more and then did not eat for 2 days, except for the pepperoni and chicken nugget she jacked off of the lolipops, granddaddy and daddio. (That is a nice term for suckers)

I decided she was not going to eat so I dumped the bowl of mixture, put back in full fledged biljac and she has eaten almost the whole bowl but is a little sick; throw up and the other. She has had a whole bowl of regular food over the course of a day and night.

It is either a total system shake up or she has coinsidentally gotten into something else. The vomit is not just stomach juice it is grainy like crunched up dog food.

Okay that is enough. What do you do with a sick dog? Tracy? Textile? Anybody?


auntiem	Thanks. I am starting my diet today. Now I will have no problem skipping breakfast! HA HA. Sorry she is sick.
mom_of_toto	I wouldnt think it would be from the dog food and eating the whole bowl - with both ends, sounds to me like she may have gotten into something. Vet told us to feed him rice with a little chicken until his tummy troubles cleared. The sickness may have been working on her and thats why she didnt eat for 2 days. They did tell us that changing foods can mess up their tummies but doesnt sound like she ate enough for that. Awwww, hope she gets better - keep me posted! I found an AWESOME spray for the "oops" on the floor. Its called Natures Miracle - and it is! ;)
mom_of_toto	Lollipops! I LOVE it!!
textilet	Put her back on her old food that didn't make her sick and keep her away from the suckers until her tummy heals. (We have a few suckers here, too, "look at those brown eyes" and "she keeps looking at me" hahaha) Callie used to get gastrointeritis quite often, hers was triggered by dairy products and even cheetos. Many times, it required a trip to the vet for some doggy immodium. Don't let little DK get dehydrated! Poor thing.
textilet	Oh, and if she doesn't have the control to tell you she needs to go out, she needs help from the vet with the doggy immodium.
mjunut	Thanks youins. haha This am G took her out. She had messed in the kennel, then went outside, then back in to puke upstairs and messed somewhere. G put her up and then when he got in the shower, she cried loud in the kennel. I got up and let her out. She ran outside, tinked, hunked twice to no avail, ran back and chucked on the garage floor. Put her in the kennel and she has been quiet for 1.5 hours. The only time she cries in the kennel is for these needs and for thunder, she barks.
mjunut	I say to no avail but I think I just could not see well.
textilet	I think she needs to go to the dr. If she ate something that didn't agree with her, it would be out of her system by now. They tend to get their insides irritated and then nothing can stay in! When Callie got this bad they ended up keeping her overnight to give her fluids and watch her, so don't let it get that far!
