Hope everyone has a Happy Thanksgiving. We've already had one Thanksgiving Feast on Saturday w/my moms side of the family. Here is a picture my uncle took of my family. Abigail wasn't feeling well and she passed out on my shoulder within seconds. She wasn't sleeping when we were getting ready for this picture. We have two more family gatherings/feasts. I feel my pants getting tighter by the minute. Such good food!!!
Great picture! It's still so weird to me to see you and Chad all grown up with a family! You look exactly the same, though! How'd you pull that off? :)
It is Birthday time!
I turned 31 on 11/2/08!
My grandma Hope is 75 today (11/4/08)!
My dad will be 57 on 11/9/08!
My sister-in-law (Rachel Guyer) will be 34 11/14/08!
My aunt Judy also as a b-day 11/8/08 and my uncle Gean is 11/?/08. If you calculate back 9 months from this date, I think it goes back to Valenties Day :)
My husband is so awsome! He took me to a dinner and a movie in Kokomo on Saturday. We ate at the Outback (my favorite) and went to see Beverly Hills Chihuahua (too cute). He surprised me w/a mother's ring. It is beautiful!!! Of couse all the stones are the same color! Ruby! Ruby! Ruby!
Today I waited in line to vote for 50 minutes. According the gals at work, my wait was nothing. They waited for longer than an hour and half. My boss said there voting machines crashed for 45 minutes. She was there over 2 hours. Hope all of your voting went well and quick.
Happy Birthday a bit late! Howard's brother's b-day is the 1st! And his wife's is the 13th. We voted this am and didn't need to wait at all. As soon as we were signed in it was just a matter of less then 5 minutes till we were voting. It's always nice to see so many people that we know in the community at a happening of this nature! We never get away without some visits here and there! Your ring sounds pretty. Several years back my children presented me with one with their birthstones sets in it. It's a treasure to me!
Great pics! Your kids are so cute! I can really tell they are Guyers...I can see all of the family resemblances. They look like they are having fun in the leaves. :)
Those pictures are so good. I can't believe how old Abby looks. I know it shouldn't surprise me, but it always does. Not to mention how big the boys are getting! We are going to be in Huntington this weekend so we'll see you on Sunday!
These are fun pictures and so cute of the children! Sure looks like it does around this part of the country, for we've seen so many pretty sights this fall. The fields are looking bare more and more! Hey we were at the Borroughs Sat. night, where were you all? It was an enjoyabe evening once again! Say 'Hi' to Olivia and family Sunday for me! I haven't seen her parents in a long time!
Those are such great pictures! Your kids are so cute! I love to see them playing and having fun...it's priceless, isn't it? The fall is so much fun. The kids and the leaves is so cute!
I've been tagged and here are a couple things about myself. . . .
1. I am OCD “Obsessive Compulsive Disorder”! People at work like it, but sometimes it’s hard for me to let things be that are not in order:)
2. I like to cook, garden, and can. I like to think I am good at it.
3. I really enjoy where we live and hope to never have to move. I guess you can say my roots are deep in Wabash County. Out in the middle of no where, in the middle of a woods/fields etc.
4. I have the most wonderful husband in the world. I’d have to say I’ve married my best friend. We are a perfect pair/match. I always hope others can/will have the same experience.
5. My kids are my heart. I have the fear that something could happen to them and pray that nothing ever will. If anything would happen to them, take me with them!
6. I just got contacts for the first time and love them. If I only would have tried them 10 years ago.
7. When I was growing up, I wanted to work in an office and do billing for Insurance. I currently do billing for an Outpatient Mental Health Office and have been doing it for 12 years now.
8. I love that I have a family that have the same beliefs and grows together in the Lord. How many of us can say they go to church with there, Dad and Mom, Dad-in-law and Mom-in-law, Sister and Brother-in-law, and you sister-in-law, niece and nephew, plus lots of other distant relatives (cousins). You get to see them 3 times a week or more depending on circumstances. It helps keep us in line!!
*** I also played the flute in high school, I love the FALL, and like to play Softball. These were ideas I read off others!
