Well, I finished my paper for Art History. If I can average a 90 between my paper and final exam then I'll be able to get a C. Ugh.
I have to write my paper for Old South tonight. I found out it is a minimum 15 pages...not 12. I wanted to cry. I'm having trouble with my research. He said only those who procrastinated are worrying right now. I wanted to tell him that if I didn't have 2 or 3 papers due every week then I wouldn't have had to have waited so long. I don't know how it'll get done.
I'm still sick.
I think Nate is getting sick...poor thing.:(
My English teacher didn't show up today. We waited 15 minutes and left. This was the first time I've gotten to do that in the 2 years I've been in school...hey, 2 years and already half way through my Junior status. Not bad.
We still have 7 or 8 papers to review in class before the end of class on Friday. Looks like that won't happen. YAY!
I'm probably going to have to drop my class with my favorite teacher for next semester and look for a replacement. Grrrr.
It gets bad when you have so much homework to do that you skip classes to do the work. Oh whatever. I don't care anymore.
I have two 12 page papers due on Tuesday. I'm going to hopefully complete one today and one tomorrow. Bleh. I should have written one yesterday, but I've been sick for almost a week now and didn't feel like doing anything. Excuses.
Whatever.
My English class has been involved in peer reviewing for the past two weeks or so. We've been reading about 3 papers a night for the next class period and editing and adding comments. We then go to class and have our peers rip our papers apart and our teacher say rude things about how bad the paper is. My paper has been chosen to be read on the very last day. It's not my best paper and I hate peer reviewing, but it must be done I suppose. Unfortunately, I only have the weekend to revise my paper while others have had two or three weeks to revise their paper. Stupid.
Am I ranting a bit much? Sorry.
After that English paper is done I will have one more paper to write (about 6 pages) and three finals to take.
Then I will be finished! Only three more semesters to go.
Christmas is coming up! I'm almost done with my shopping!
They're going to start charging us for paper if we print over 500 sheets, from what I understand...I could be wrong.
But if I'm right, I'm in trouble because I've already printed around 350 sheets. Hmm.
I'm paying enough to go to school. This is ridiculous!
Nate and I are going to go to AL for Thanksgiving this week and then to IN. It'll be a lot of driving, but much fun! I can't wait to see my family!

They are going to start charging us sometime next semester. But they are going to make exceptions depending on your major, or at least they are discussing that now.
I feel it's ridiculous as well and I'm not happy about it. Most other schools already make you pay, so I'm surprised they haven't tried this before now. :(

So, I have been really stressed lately. I haven't really noticed it, but I think it is the reason I haven't been feeling well the past week. I had to write a 5-8 page paper yesterday and tonight I have to write a 12 page research paper. I haven't written one this long yet, so I'm a little worried.
Next week will be a relief with most of the week off.
The only problem is when I come back from the break I will have two 12 page papers due on that Thursday, a 5 page paper due the week of finals and 3 tests.
Oh dear.
The semester is finally coming to a close.
Death doesn't seem far off in the school world.
I have 18 pages of writing to do this week...oh my.
Next week is Thanksgiving break, so that will be nice!
After thanksgiving, I have two 12 page papers due on the same day and I think I have 3 finals (tests). Yuck.
