Does anyone know a good/affordable Texas licensed architect or commercial engineer?
My future coffee shop will be coded by the city the same as a restaurant would be and so they require official plans submitted by one of the two professionals mentioned. I met with a firm today, but they told me their services run about five thousand to accept and draft the project as well as additional hourly rates for supplemental work. We’re changing very little to the space we’re building out… leaving original walls etc. but building restrooms and a service counter. A set up that, to me at least, doesn’t seem like it warrants such a hefty price tag for someone to draw out, but I could be wrong and this might just be “life” on the matter.
But, if anyone knows of someone who could help me out I’d greatly appreciate it.
Hey buddy just wanted to see how the contractors were treating you haha. Good luck and i'll see you in a few days. By the way do we have an answer from Jason yet.
sweet deal. you're gonna have to come visit sometime... probably next semester since i'm going home for the holidays. keith is moving down this direction and he'll be goin to church w/ me. we'll have to have like a reunion or something.
I'm not big on sweet coffees but I LOVE the coffee they have on campus, you know the A&M flavors? I like a good strong kind of pecan-y coffee with cream. Cherry turnovers or kolaches, and I love the Black currant tea at Jason's deli...so I guess flavored iced tea :)
Yeah, I think I will pass on both waco and rockdale - too danged far! I drove through Rockdale - all I can say...at least we could rent a movie if we wanted. I think I need a bigger town than that! I had no idea how podunck a lot of that part of texas is. I think it is time I just embrace it though!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Burn the media, save the world. And save the cheerleader if you want, but she really can't die, so what's the point? She's kinda worthless. Like obama.
